Horrible Front Desk Person, Bad Experience.The optometrist and billing lady were alright, but the receptionist is HORRIBLE at her job. She didnt know simple math, the door was locked when I got there at 2pm and the sign said closed but they were open, the contacts came in and she didnt call me; after 3 weeks, I called and she blamed the delay on me for not calling HER and she didnt even order the glasses yet, when I went to the store she argued with me about how all the confusion is MY fault, then she implied that I couldnt afford the bill. The confusion and delays made it so that getting an exam, contacts, and glasses, took 6 visits to the store to clear up. I had to pay a different amount of money 3 separate times, and had to keep track of my billing because the receptionist couldnt do math. Would NOT NOT NOT recommend until the doctor gets a new receptionist. They should put it up on the website when that lady finally gets the boot.

The Dr. was good but office staff did not make contact lens policy clear. I was told there was a fitting fee and that the lenses were $xx.xx amount per box. I told them I buy my lenses an Costco but i would pay the fitting fee. They fitted me for contacts and I returned for the follow up appt. at this appointment they said I was REQUIRED to buy 2 Boxes of lenses before they would give me my prescription...It was a waste of time and money I couldve purchased 2 boxes for the price of their FITTING FEE and nearly 5 boxes for the price of their two. I am a single Mom, I work full time and dont have money or time to waste. So i am left to save up for another exam. I felt ripped off at the least!

My boyfriend and I came here a few months ago, and had our appointments back to back. The office is very accommodating. No complaints. Today my boyfriend needed to get prescription safety glasses for work, and the receptionist I talked to on the phone was very polite and informative even though I told her that we had an appointment at Sears she still gave me all the info we need. We may end up going through them for the safety glasses in the end.

My family of four tried two other eye doctors before we found Dana. He is awesome. Last week, my husband and I stopped in -- hadnt seen Dana for almost a year. Asked him a question about my son -- and he immediately recalled my sons eye issues and prescription! I highly recommend him. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Staff is rude n the amount if time waiting an 200 fee is acceptable some where ekse would not waste my time ever agaun take 5 to six weeks for your glasses

My only complaint is the constant moving of their office! Other than that, great experience overall. Have gone there for years.
