Very disappointing: Went to pick up prescription for my wife and experienced a receptionist who engaged in condescending remarks and non-verbal behavior (prolonged head shaking) when I could not initially understand (am a senior with a bit of hearing loss) her queries. I am a client who will now be going for my eye care needs to a different agency: one whose employees are a little more sympathetic to a variety of customers.

Everyone here is unfailingly friendly, helpful and forthcoming, from the receptionists to the optometrists. Other places have a wider selection of frames, so go elsewhere if youre looking for that, but come here for your eye exam and prescription first.
