Called this morning to schedule new patient appointment office staff wasnt friendly. It was almost as if she (Nicole) didnt want a new patient. Nicole stated that they werent accepting new patients then I told her the BCBS website stated they were she then said oh ok well we dont have anything until May. I stated thats fine she comes back and say wait it will be June/July really???? Poor customer service!!!!!

the staff is very unprofessional... they do not return phone calls... excellent physician but staff is very rude and not help... it took them 2 weeks to return a call... only after i called 4 times during that time period... Doctor should get staff some customer training...
