I went to get tested 3 weeks ago. I was told I would hear back in a week and I never heard anything. When I called to see about my results, they told me to hold while they pull my file. I was on hold for 30 min until someone picked up saying they couldnt believe I had been on hold for so long and then I was put back on hold...when she came back she said that they needed lab Corp to fax them the results and they would have the doctor call me . 3 hours later and I still didnt get a call...I decided to call again because I have been feeling antsy and I have already been waiting for too long. Someone answered and didnt even ask my name they said my results were in but the doctor was seeing a patient and she would call me after she was done . Two hours later ... and nothing...called again and got sent to voicemail...very shady ...they just put me off the entire day until they closed. I will NEVER go to this place again. I feel neglected and thats not a way to treat your patients. Whenever someone does call, I will give them a piece of my mind.

I was in Atlanta for the weekend and my ear drum burst. Because of pain, I went to this clinic. After looking at my ear, I was given 2/3 shots, that helped. Dr. Adene-Peter said she would give me an IV ??for the shots, so I would not have to stuck so many times. This didnt make sense and thought it was very odd to me-which would have cost extra, Im sure. Needless to say, I just had the shots in my hip. I got prescriptions and went back to my home the next day. I went to my ENT doctor and he changed all of the prescriptions. He never had any comment about the meds, but I could tell it was, definitely, not what I should have been given. Will not go back again.
