Extremely disappointed. Thought this would be a better alternative to going to an actual emergency room but I was wrong, I will take the 6 hour wait over this experience any day. Where to start, I hurt my knee very badly slipping in the shower. I didnt go to the hospital in hopes it was just a minor injury and would feel better in the morning, I was very wrong. I had gone a full night of excruciating pain and most of the day until I could get a ride to the hospital and thought the Baptist emergency clinic would be quick. When we pull up there is nobody in sight so I hobbled inside to the door, the girls at the front desk barely took notice I was struggling to walk to the front desk. As I was filling out paperwork I overheard them telling a patient how much she owed and she said she could only make a partial payment. She made her payment and walked out and almost IMMEDIATELY the two women at the front desk were joking and making fun of her. I should have left then. They take me back to a room where the nurse was asking me what had happened she asked me my pain rate I told her a 7 and she says....but you walked in . ?!?! Yes ofcourse I did NOBODY WAS HELPFUL ABOUT THAT OPTION. Soon after the x-ray tech came in and took X-rays which was very painful. An hour went by and i saw not one person. Nobody had yet to come in for pain control, not an ice pack, not a tylenol or a pillow to elevate my knee.....nothing. I buzzed the nurses desk and a tech rushed in i asked if I could please have an ice pack (also had my knee propped up with my tennis shoe) he rushed away then came in with an ice pack wrapped it in an over sized towel and tossed it on my knee then rushed out. Not a minute later I started seeing blue liquid dripping out, he gave me a broken ice pack. My friend that took me was so upset she went back to the nurses station to let them know about the ice pack and that I was in pain and a woman said the tech will be back shortly he is busy with a patient. I waited another 15 minutes until I received a functioning ice pack. The doctor came in shortly after to explain how "complex" a knee is blah blah blah, I told him I didnt think anything was broken im just worried I tore a ligament. He then said he would get me X-rays (even though they took those an hour ago and they wouldnt show ligament or tendon damage) when I told him they took the x-rays already he said he would look at them and let me know but in order to see ligaments and tendons I would need an MRI and they dont do those there. 20 minutes pass and the discharge nurse comes in with crutches and a leg immobilizer, im like heyyyy wait what happened with my x-rays ??? She looks puzzled and opens a packet of papers and reads ...ohhh nothing is broken...seriously I knew this already. But here are some crutches and leg brace to wear for two weeks, follow up with a orthopedic specialist it might take two weeks to get an appointment and proceeded to attempt to put the leg brace on incorrectly because the tech was still "busy" , she then gave me a norco and kicked me out the door with a tylenol 3 prescription. Came home upset with no answers and essentially hundreds of dollars in debt to them for NOTHING. The next day my tylenol 3 had been making me sick and unable to alleviate any of the pain I was still having, upset I called them to see if there were an alternative medicine they could prescribe and I was basically treated like a drug addict and told to just take ibuprofen OTC....then the nurse ends the call with GOODLUCK. Never have I been treated so inhumanly. Stay away from this amateur hour "hospital", way too expensive and filled with unhelpful people faking it through their everyday job. Now im left to seek REAL healthcare, what a waste of time and money. "GOODLUCK" if you choose to come to this circus.

Wow!!! I was there today and honestly didnt know what to expect. We are a military family and have lived in various states over the past 12 years. I have a lot of medical issues so I often find myself in the ER. Out of all the hospitals and emergency rooms Ive ever visited throughout the country... this was the absolute best one. I felt horrible and showed up looking like a disaster. I could have easily been judged bc I didnt even brush my hair I felt so terrible yet I was still greeted warmly with a friendly smile right when I walked in. There was no wait which was a big plus. The dr was EXCELLENT!!! She listened to everything I told her and didnt brush me off like most ER drs. She heard me out and listened to my concerns. I was extremely adamant about not having another ctscan as I have had too many over the past few months. Instead, she was willing to call up the ultrasound tech and give me an ultrasound to help make me as comfortable as possible and try to figure out what was going on. Turns out, I had some issues with my kidneys that wouldnt have turned up in just blood work or a urine sample. I only wish the Dr was a permanent dr there. Turns out she was only there for that day. Anyway, the other staff was wonderful as well. Jennifer, my nurse was also super sweet!

if I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. Wait time and service was not an issue. The problem was that a automatic $300 visiting fee was not disclosed until after the visit. Which was needed to get paid before leaving. They also told me that if I had come in for a splinter or anything extremely minor. My bill would still have an automatic charge of $300 for just walking in and getting help. Then two months later Im sent another bill for $342.27. This "Hospital" is a rob you blind just because you need help. Do not ever go here. Instead drive a couple more miles to another Hospital thats not run by crooks.

OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE! My son got very sick with the a virus and the doctor at the urgent care directed us to go to the ER. We went to this new “convenient” ER instead of heading straight to the hospital, this was a HUGE mistake. The bill for the ER was more than $18,000 for 4 hours of care, thankfully we have insurance, but that is ridiculous. I am still waiting on a breakdown of the items they charged us for including one called “other” that cost us $1190.00. Live and learn but if I can pass on this information to others and save you some serious money I will…. GO TO THE HOSPTIAL ER NOT THIS PLACE.

Went in for a possible sprained ankle after car accident. Id like to point to three incidents were I felt uncared for. First, the xray technician had me walk down the hall knowing that she would be x-raying my foot. Second, after diagnosis of sprained ankle, no one wrapped my ankle nor provided or offered an ice pack for the swelling. Third, the receptionist Lynn Hancock said I owed $350 upon leaving and how would I like to pay. When I asked what is my insurance covering and asked for a breakdown of the bill she yelled at me that it would be $350 regardless. For those reasons I would avoid this place.
