Horrible experience..today as Im writing this my mother would has dementia is being moved to a skilled nursing facility that I did not choose..Hortensia the social worker I spoke to Wednesday b4 Thanksgiving said I had till Monday to pick a place due to holiday then come to find out today Friday she got released and Nancy the other social worker says theres nothing I can do about it then They placed her on ambulance for delivery to facility that I did not choose..saying thats the only place that got approved ..lies..i got a list of 4 facilities that got approved ....this hospital then had my mother sign her own paperwork..she has dementia and I cant believe they did this to my mother she is 77 yrs old and forgets a lot and gets confused easily she told me she didnt know what she signed that they told her here sign here ...here ...here..well...didnt khospital was going to push my mother out due to holiday weekend ...and they called my phone since I was at work I didnt answer..well I had given hospital my work number and an alternate number They chose to only call my cell and alternate number not my work who h was the secondary number then said cuz I didnt answer They chose a nursing home for her which was only one her Insurance approved...and that my mom said ok..my mother has dementia dammit..Im very upset with how they have treated my mom during This holiday weekend ..i would NEVER recommend this hospital to anybody...

After waiting about two hours my wife was seen by Dr. Robert Morin, which was fine I expected that, however, I did not expect him to ask my wife what she thought was wrong and diagnose AND prescribe medicine to her based off her concerns. He is the doctor, he should be a doctor and diagnose and prescribe medicine based of his professional opinion. I assume he is not a professional and should not practice medicine. He did not do anything, just listened to her walked out... and had a nurse come back in and check her out of the office. After waiting those 2 hours, he took about 5-10 minutes with my wife. Also, I have insurance I feel that their $154 charge to my insurance should be refunded. I would never recommend this Doctor to anyone, or this office for condoning such a bad work ethics. Hes just there to collect a check in my eyes.

The insurance my son is on, unfortunately only has the the ExpressMed Clinic listed as participating providers. They have a limited number of locations and although their web page says their urgent care clinics accept walk-ins, that is not entirely true. The one on Rector only accepts appointments and the others stop accepting walk-ins at 7:45. By the time I arrived with my son at the Rector location and learned this, it was too late to take my son to any of their other locations which according to the website, are open 24 hours. I have had the most frustrating experience trying to get my son seen but I have no other options because I dont have $500 to use an out of network provider. I am very dissatisfied with the entire University health system and their insurance plan.

The ER here is horrible. I came in at 11am due to chest pains and shortness of breathe. They finally took my X-rays, blood work at 2pm. And told me to wait for a room. Its now 9:30... and still no room available. There are people here that have been here since 8am and they say theyve been waiting for a room too. This absolutely a disgrace. Im stuck with this insurance for this year. I really hope I dont die before I can change my insurance. This hospital doesnt care enough about you to keep the ER properly staffed.

Spent 18 hours in emergency waiting area just to be seen by someone spent 30 minutes in room in emergency then sent out. Trauma follow up is even worse. Got here at 9:50am and its almost noon and I still havent seen anyone except for the person who registered me in. Im diabetic type 1 and havent eaten anything because they might ask for fasting labs. Yet blood sugar could be drpping. This is the worst place, your better off dieing a slow death in the street.

Ive been here 3 times, everyone has been nice so far. The waiting time with an appointment is kind of long, but without an appointment is even worst. The only complain is to GOOGLE (and I already reported it), BEWARE this clinic is not open til 10:00pm!! On the phone they told me they are usually closed by 8:00pm, but sometimes earlier depends on the flow of patients and people in the waiting list.

Very good experience today with express med. The ladys in the front as soon as you walk in are very helpful. My son and I werent feeling well and we were both able to be seen together that was great!!! The MAs and Doctor were very nice. And I was able to get my medicine at the pharmacy there in less then 5 minutes. Very happy with today. We will definitely be going there.

Havent been seen but in processing was very unpleasant. Wife is dizzy and cold and just wanted to sit down. Instead of the lady at the counter getting her info immediately she stated, "oh no she needs to wait I need her info!" Oh sorry honey I know you feel like garbage but stand her for this inconsiderate receptionist. Hopefully the experience gets better.

Checked in, staff in front complaining about scheduling and they are just finding out Drs have a meeting. They tell me after checking in to go back to nurse station and ask if my Dr was going to a meeting...no nurse, waited 1hr.45 min to be called back to room told Dr would be with me shortly...still waiting Ive been here over two hours...

Very efficient urgent care! From arriving and giving them my insurance card and ID, putting me in a waiting room, getting me in the doctors room, drawing labs, taking vitals, seeing the doctor, getting a script, was all about 25 minutes start to finish. Impressive for a busy place!

Something needs to be done this emergency room is a joke the triage area always smells like piss the nurses r very unprofessional I even had a nurse talk to me about her sex life how discussing is that the media needs to be informed on whats going on with this hospital

Clean facility, nice staff but they quoted me $100 over the phone. When I got there, they didnt accept my insurance and quoted me well over $500 for what I needed! If you have the cash, or the right insurance, then you can go here...

The doctor Dass,LLoyd knows what he is doing not like other stupid doctors. Hes good cured me from a infection I had for 8 months other stupid doctors never knew what it was. Thank you Das , LLoyd u do deserve to be a doctor.

They are the best!!! Very professional people never wait more than 5-10 mins in lobby..They saved my health, time and life many times..drawing labs,x-rays,seeing the doctor ,everything not more than 25-30 mins..

Dr said hed write a script for the med he gave me there at the clinic got home and it was for something I could have gotten over the counter. If I had wanted that I would have gone to Wal-Mart not a clinic
