I called on a Thursday morning to set up an appointment for that evening. They assured me that they would be able to get me in. I arrived 10 mins late for my scheduled 4 pm appointment. I was greeted warmly by the office staff. I told them I am a new patient and this is my first visit to their office. After completing the new patient paper work, which by the way was not overwhelming, I was taken to the room. In the room I was greeted by a wonderful assistant who took x-rays and prepped for the doc to examine my tooth. Dr. Christine Coughlin arrived and examined my tooth, she recommended we try and save the tooth. She discussed the treatment plan and options. I told her that I am unable to get the Root Canal next week due to work travel, she asked me if I was available to do it today, I said sure. (Keep in mind its already close to 4:45 p.m.) For the next 1.5 hours Dr. Christine Coughlin worked on my tooth. She constantly kept checking to make sure I was doing okay, and if I needed a break. Once the root canal completed they made a temporary cap and fitted it until the final cap arrives. All this work was done in 2 hours. They had to stay late to make sure they were able to help me with my dental issues. My overall experience with this office was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Dr Christine Coughlin to anyone looking for a new dentist in the Richardson, Plano, Garland, Murphy, Wylie, Sachse, and Lavon area.

There are so many wonderful things I can say about Dr. Christina and her staff. The first thoughts however that come to mind are, amazing customer service and incredible patient care. I came to Dr. Christina on a Saturday with no appointment, this was prior to having my benefits verify they saw me right away. I was so upset from leaving another dentist office and they even apologize for my experience there. I could tell they just wanted to make sure I was put at ease. I felt like a person from the moment that I walked in the door and not just another number to add to the day. Dr. Christina took a look at the teeth that were giving me trouble and came up with a treatment plan for me right away. She then referred me to her good friend Dr. Vu, who was able to do my extractions with no problem. He was so reassuring and really made me feel like I was in good hands. The rest of the staff Shay, Cheyenne, Eden and Samantha were all so wonderful. Its good to know there are still good doctors out there that care about their patients and not about what they can put into their own pockets. If you want exceptional patient care, a clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye office then you have gone to the right place. Dr. Christina and all her staff at Breckenridge Dental & Orthodontics is your best and obvious choice!

My experience at this off began upon entering. The secretary was dressed professionally, Cindy greeted me with a pleasant smile and welcoming demeanor. After feeling out the forms I was escorted to the back by Crystal. The x-ray technicians were both very nice. Dr. Christine was by far the most pleasant and patient dentist in have ever encountered. This is no exaggeration. She explained the treatment plan in laymans terms to me and just in case there was something I missed, I also provided instructions by video. Never have I seen this done at a dentist office. There was an issue with my flex spending account but, Crystal was patient and offered to sit and wait while I was on hold, to sort out the payment arrangements. I would give this dentist 10 stars if I could. By the way, did I mention, I was visiting from Ohio. I called for an appointment at 9:00 am and was given the option to come in when it was convenient for me. Where I reside, I cannot schedule an appointment with my own dentist for same day service. My only regret is that I will not be able to seek follow up services from Dr. Christine. You will not be disappointed going to this dentist.

Best experience Ive had with a dentist in ages. I found the staff very knowledgable. Also, I havent had insurance for a long time due to the fact that I can barely afford to have it and simultaneously pay to see someone. However, homecare(brushing, etc.) wasnt resolving an issue I had been having for about 2 years and finally the pain became too much that I had to see someone. I came in and they X-rayed me and found that my fillings hadnt been done right previously and would need to be re-done. I was surprised to find out that they offer an affordable in-office plan that would take care of cleanings, x-rays, exams, check-ups, and more for me and my family for the next year as well as shave some of the cost of the 3 fillings. I feel like I was kind of a trouble patient for them, but they were more than kind and didnt brush me off. I usually feel rushed to get off the conveyor belt of patients, but even though it took me an hour to feel the local anesthetic and our time ran over, when it was my turn, they did it right. These guys know what theyre doing.

Went in for my first appt yesterday. Everyone was great, office was clean and nicely decorated and had tv on (hey-might as well enjoy your surroundings while you wait). Dr Christine was very friendly and explained everything in common sense terms, throughly explained pictures and x-rays and set up a treatment plan. If youre need a lot of work or several procedures, they give you info on CareCredit (basically a medical credit card) and also offer in-house payment plans (if you happen to get declined for CareCredit-good to know). They understand we all have financial obligations, so its nice to know your options and still be able to get work done that is needed without the thought of leaving your entire check there. Eden was also great, getting x-rays and pictures done was a breeze. Highly recommend this office if youre in need of a dentist/orthodontist! (They take all PPO insurance).

Everything about my experience yesterday at Breckinridge was great! The staff was friendly, office was very nice, the appointment was short and sweet, and being able to watch tv during the appointment was awesome. I start my ortho treatment with Dr. Nathan later this month (they wouldve done it yesterday if I wanted!), and I couldnt be more excited. I love how easy it is to get an appointment there, and that they have convenient Saturday hours!

Dr Christine Coughlin is very good at her job. She is kind and really cares about your comfort. She is very good at letting you know what she is about to do and kept checking to make sure I was doing alright. I went in to have a tooth pulled and thats what she did. No pushy list of what I should have fixed. The whole staff was just awesome. I will be going back there for any future work I may need done. Good job!

What a great experience I had today at Breckinridge Dental & Orthodontics! Staff and assistance were all great to work with and I was able to be seen and back to work in 1 hour. Dr. Feng was very caring and patient and was able to take care of my tooth pain so fast. Thank you guys for taking great care of me and i look forward to getting my Orthodontics work here soon!
