WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Went in for a consultation. I was really excited about getting braces. Did my x-rays. The first thing she tells me is that she needs to take out two of my front teeth. I told her "Yeah thats not happening." She the next option was polishing. I said okay. Im okay with that. We draw up payment, etc. Leah starts to put on my spacers. Couldnt get one on. Felt like she cracked my teeth. She called Lisa in. Lisa couldnt get it either. Then the orthodontist is called. She couldnt get it either. Blamed my teeth being "contacted" and says that this happens all the time. I told them take the spacers out and I was going elsewhere.

I am extremely pleased with the services provided by Fleming Orthodontics. The staff provides customer service that you do not often find in businesses today and are very professional. Dr. Fleming creates a very positive work environment and it shows. Her office managers are friendly and helpful and do an excellent job of working around your schedule for appointments. It is an office where you feel comfortable. I appreciate the way Dr. Fleming interacts with her patients, with care and concern for each individuals needs. I have and will continue to recommend Fleming Orthodontics to others!

When I first stepped into doctor Flemmings office I was on the insecure side because of my smile. I wouldnt like to take pictures up close or smile to big around strangers because I didnt want them to see the tooth that was on top of another. After 3½ years Im grateful for all of those who worked inside of that doctors office. I have a big bright beautiful smile that Im always happy to show off. I love those ladies as if they were family because theyve worked with me and treated me as if I was their family. From the bottom of my heart I truly truly appreciate each and every one of them

Every interaction I have had with the staff at Fleming Orthodontics has been amazing. They are like one big family and are so friendly. They made my daughter feel very comfortable during the consultation and continued the same level of professionalism during her first appointment to have her braces put on. She is always looking forward to the next appointment. Dr. Fleming is very knowledgeable and explains the process in a very understandable way. We are really looking forward to being part of the Fleming Orthodontics family over the next few years while my daughter has her braces.

Dr. Fleming has worked with 2 of my children. She is professional, obviously very skilled, and exceptionally personable. I had scheduled the placement of a dental implant for one of my kids, who had a missing tooth from birth. When I told Dr. Fleming about it, she consulted and worked with the oral surgeon to have the appropriate space left with braces to obtain the best final result. Her attention to detail, and that of her staff, were very much appreciated. I love beautiful teeth on a person and Dr. Fleming seems to agree! Love her and her staff.

HIGHLY recommend Dr. Fleming and her staff- we live in Richardson, and the location worked great for us. My son and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about our experience and each and every one of the awesome ladies thay helped us -in the orthodontist chair & in the back office too! The ladies were always so patient and friendly with my son and myself. iPads and charging stations in the waiting room are a plus- even though we were hardly ever waiting too long at all. The initial consultation, progress photos, and payment plan are all pluses too!

My family and I have been patients for many years! Dr. Patty Fleming and her entire staff have made our orthodontic experience wonderful. My daughter has the most beautiful smile any 16 year old could ever imagine. The front office staff are so friendly and helpful with any and all insurance questions and appointments and the clinical staff makes the rest of the experience so much fun every time. Dr Fleming and her staff are THE BOMB! We were referred by a friend and knew the moment we walked in that we were in a wonderful place. Your childs comfort and care are paramount...video games in the waiting area, wonderfully sensitive and professional staff members. Dr. Fleming is fantastic! She cares about your child and shows it in the care she personally gives each patient. My 8 year old was immediately put at ease and educated about all that would happen. It has been a great experience.

Dr. Fleming and staff are THE BEST. We have been under treatment for Invisalign and conventional braces and have been extremely happy with price and staff. We drive 45 minutes to this office and pass hundreds on the way and have never considered another office! Just one visit and you will understand why. Hip new décor, iPads in waiting area, Keurig coffee machines, and latest in technology! One visit and you will understand why Dr. Fleming and staff are THE BEST!

LOVE this office!! We started with Dr. George based on lots and lots of recommendations. We stayed because HE personally chose Dr. Fleming AND the staff has always been so wonderful. Not many practices treat their patients like family, run crazy fun contests and events, and truly put patient needs first (emergency visits, obnoxious problem with glue, etc). LOVE LOVE having my sons teeth made beautiful here!

Ive had 2 children receive orthodontic treatment with Dr. Fleming. She uses the latest technology and explains her treatment plan in detail to both the parent and child. Dr. Fleming and staff are very professional and have a great relationship with their patients. Also, Cheryl and Laura in the front office are very helpful with scheduling of appointments, finances and insurance questions.

Dr. Fleming is wonderful! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about orthodontics, but she is also kind, courteous, and professional. I was very impressed that she was able to accommodate a last minute appointment request and even took time to meet with me outside of office hours since I am from out of town. If there were 6 stars I would give them 6! I was referred here by a coworker of mine that recently got ceramic braces. From day one everyone was nice, smiling, very helpful, and going above and beyond! I can tell that everyone here cares for the people that walk threw the doors. I would and is going to recommend everyone I know here! Great place caring and people!
