I booked an online appointment. I received a confirmation email. But when reached at this address they say they dont have requisition. This is a quest diagnostics internal system issue. Still they made me call customer service to find out why requisition was not sent. The staff was not helpful. They did not take responsibility of their system problems. And they did not do my test. Horrible experience.

The worst. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Even with an appointment it still takes over 1 hour. The staff has no respect for your time.
