If you have any other choice to go to other sunrise labs do so .. BUT Please do not go to the labs at this location - service and response from the receptionist(Aman - Indian orgin ) is hasty, nasty and not attending any office related calls she is the only one person who is there working , drawing blood, attending calls . - she was rude in treating the patients , I brought my parents (senior citizen ) non immigrant for labs check as instructed by the immigration case surgeon due to the lab errors in sample results - she was not polite in handling any patients who where present - while in waiting over 30 minutes she got 2 personal calls on her cell and she responded well . While We all could hear over 4-5 rings on office phone not a single phones were answered . I even tried to call her supervisor Nancy D - at their Hicksville mail office And they dint response . Labs may be good but ppl working there does not carry the labs reputations . There are other labs one should check which are better than these .

i have been going to this Lab for about 6 years since i had a blood clot and was put on warfarin, i have to get my INR checked every few weeks, the people here are very friendly and professional the girls at the desk are very caring and compassionate,i have never had a bad experience here EVER. Carol is THE BEST !!!!!! :)

Very efficient. Even if they are understaffed, the nurses are pleasant and accommodating. My husband hates getting blood taken, and they are great at making it as pleasant an experience as possible.

Only one person to check in clients and draw blood. She does not greet or instruct clients entering it was an unpleasant experience
