There can be no stars given for Quest. They are THE most incompetent facility I have ever been to. Customer service is awful. Automated reception so there is nobody there you can ask any questions to before you get your blood drawn. Worst of all, they cant even draw blood correctly or store it correctly. Ive had to had redraws because of that. Also they seem to have a problem if your doctor is in another town in CT. They billed my claim under a doctor in Michigan and it took months to untangle that web thanks to my doctors office and insurance company. Disgusting how they are still in business and PRO HEALTH doctors keep sending patients there.

As a teacher I would be happy to teach your staff first grade math; because when the short hand is on the 4 and the long hand is on the 10 the time is 4:50. So, heres your first word problem: if I left work at 3:20 and I drove an hour and 30 minutes to get to quest, how long was my drive and what time did I arrive? Question 2, if you close at 5:00, but locked up at 4:50 how many minutes early did you close? Extra credit: I can rate you 5 stars and I want to rate you 0 but then my review doesnt post so please really subtract that 1.

I have been using this location for a number of years. I have find that if you come in expecting to be treated well you will always be treated nice. Also, If I make an appointment before hand, my time goes as smooth as anything. I am sure that the employees did not recommend an automated systems . This location is ideal for me.

I visited this location for the first time on 01/09/15. Paul assisted me with the check-in/registration as well as the blood work; he was quick, efficient, patient, professional, kind, friendly, and gentle. I didnt feel a thing! I was very impressed with the office and Pauls service. He is an asset to this company!

I took my son there for the blood work and after sticked a million times to both arms, finally they said they couldnt get work done. We have to come back. They blamed that they couldnt find the veins. Never waste your time with them. They are unprofessional and bad. I should had listened to the other reviews.

I would give zero stars if I can. This one lady sticked me like a million times in both arms and she took blood from my flesh instead of my vein or something and my whole left arm has like a 5 in. bruise now thanks to her. It looks disgusting. I am never going back here.

I have always been impressed by the way the staff gets the work done quickly, efficiently and with little or no pain involved. This is regarding blood work done for me twice and for my daughter who was nine at the time.

I’ve been to this place (only because my doctor told me so) a couple of times for my blood work and the experience was always awful, not so professional staff, very slow working ppl therefore longer waiting period... :(
