In 2015, their New Canaan office was chaotic. Receptionist was cranky, phones didnt work, computers werent connected, appointment dates lost, patient info misplaced, billing incomprehensible. My exam? Once the day finally arrived, patients had to walk through a crowded reception area carrying their freshly filled urine samples back to the examination room. After winding my way through the throng (weakly smiling at those I asked to pass) I got the joke. One star is too many. My recommendation; run -- dont walk -- away.

They did absolutely NOTHING for my mother when she had a problem with her hands, and as a result, her hands got worse. Thanks for doing NOTHING, scumbags. All you care about is money, money, money. You robbed some of our money and did NOTHING. I will never receive service from you, and I will tell all my friends about your terrible service. You guys are HORRIBLE and LOW CLASS. Doctors, go get recertified. Go back to school and learn a DAMN thing or two over again.
