I started going to Good Neighbor in 2013. June to be exact. I was given an appointment with Dr. Choudhary. Keep in mind I was literally a walking time bomb when I went in to see him for my first visit. I can not begin to describe how great this man was. Not only did he listen to everything that I said to him, he knew exactly how to prescribe medication to help me get my life back together and feel normal again. I owe it all to Dr. Choudhary. He literally saved my life. After about a year I was told by Dr. Choudhary that he would be leaving the practice to do some behind the scene things and not seeing patients anymore. This sudden feeling of emptiness came over me. I knew I would never have another Dr. like him. He ensured me that I would find another doctor to take care of me, but 3 years later Im still searching. I continued going to Good Neighbor seeing a different doctor almost every time I went in there. The office could not and still to this day can not keep doctors in the practice. I stopped going there and was seeing my primary care physician until I found another doctor. You will be wasting your time with this place. Very unorganized unprofessional staff that could care less about the patients. They take days to return your call if they return it at all. When someone calls in on a Friday needing a prescription refill, you dont tell them they will have to wait until next Tuesday when they have a doctor in. An individual with a mental illness did not choose to have this disease. It is like any other medication. If a heart patient needs Lasix or a diabetic needs insulin you dont tell them they have to wait 4 days to get any medication. The same goes for someone with a mental illness. These people need there medication just as any other condition that is being treated with medication by a physician. Dont waste your time or money there. If feeling normal and functioning on a daily basis is important to you go ELSEWHERE !!!!!!

Had an appointment with a doctor at this place a couple weeks ago. I was being efficiently treated by another doctor until I lost my insurance and couldnt be seen anymore. I was referred to this doctor (Sullivan) since they work with Medicare. He explained me that the treatment that I was receiving by the other doctor wasnt good for me. Since I started his recommendations Im back to sleeping less than two hours a day and lost my job. I felt a functioning non depressive human being until I saw this doctor. Why would he stop a treatment that has been working for me for so many years. I felt like myself until I was free treated by this doctor.

The NP did not listen to me or answer my questions. Half the appointment she acted like I wasnt even there, ignoring me to talk to my worker that came with me. When I asked the front desk about making an appointment with someone different, the woman told me that the "style of all of their providers is the same." i would like to hope that all of their practitioners arent rude and abrupt. i was so excited to find this place. I have been looking for a local psychiatrist for months now. This appointment was incredibly disappointing and unless I can reach somebody to address my concerns, this will stay a one star rating.

First appointment the nurse practitioner pushed for me to go to his ped and started a vaccine debate with me. Second apt he messed up my rx and didnt call me back after I called once a week. Third apt went ok, short but ok. He wasnt paying too much to my rx but the women over shadowing was thankfully. Third apt he blew me off entirely. No one even had the decency to call me. So I got a refund and left. Never again.

Its impossible to understate how wonderful Good Neighbor has been for my family. The psychiatrists and counselors at Good Neighbor are, by far, the most professional, caring, and passionate Ive ever experienced. This organization is miles ahead of every other mental health service in the region!

By far the best psychiatric and counseling services I have had in over a decade! Highly recommend! They really are about healing and accompanying you on your journey. They never push meds, never rush you. Even the people working at the front desk are incredibly nice. 5 stars!
