Ive been here twice in the time that its opened. My insurance gives me a great reason to go to these locations. However this one I would never return to unless an emergency occured and this was the closest place to go. And even then I may hesitate. The first time I went the waiting room and parking lot were empty, yet I waited 2 hours before walking out. Recently I went again because Ive been sick for nearly a month now. (which a new doctor has determined was bronchitis that has gone down to my lungs.) The wait wasnt horrible this time and the response time once I was in the room was amazing. But they failed to take my vitals properly by using equipment incorrectly and they also didnt inform me that my blood pressure was about 152 or so. Just wouldve been nice to know. When the doctor came into the room I began by saying I had strep and it has been with me for a few weeks. He felt that more explanation was unnecessary and prescribed me antibiotics and sent me on my way. No more than 1-2 minutes was spent with him and he knew what was wrong with me. Impressive, or lack of care.

I loved this place before I got my bill...They billed me three times for three different visits where I had already paid a copay. Well I visited again recently. I was checked in and put into a patient room after taking a pregnancy test. I waited for 40 minutes before a doctor greeted me. The first thing she started talking about was safe sex and if I were using contraceptive etc. She continued to say I was trying to get pregnant and argued her point. As I asked her to please stop talking and give me the pelvic exam, I freaked out and asked "wait, am I pregnant?" She said no and that she was just trying to educate me...educate me on how babies are made?? I told her to get me another doctor. She came back in the room to tell me that the last time I was there I was not informed of my lab results and I was not treated with the proper medications. They are super unprofessional overall. Oh well, I guess back to Patient First!

Had a severe laceration on my finger came in to have it evaluated staff seemed to have a lack of any cares, just going through the motions. I asked the nurse wrapping the wound when I saw she was using GAUZE if it was going to stick "no Im using ointment" questioning this logic I replied that is my biggest fear that it is going to stick. Again I was reassured that it would be fine. Well after following the physians instructions and removing it in a day, guess what is stuck and stared healing into the wound? Now Im in just as much pain removing the bandages I was given, as I was when I received the injury thanks to these no tallent hacks.

Every time Ive been to this place it seems to get worse and worse I went yesterday because I was having trouble breathing and a tightness in my chest the nurse lied about my vitals witch is a huge problem Ive always had a high heart rate never below 90 and I saw my vitals on the machine she charted 78 when it was really 104 and she didnt even take my temperature, they ran no test sent me home with a 3 xnxax and told me it was anxiety and today the pain is still there and still having trouble breathing my friend let me use her inhaler and Im feeling better your better off going to Paitent first or the er I do not recommend this place

Ive been here several times before and had good experiences until this past Saturday. Dr Northrop was the attending. Her bedside manner was horrible. She asked questions and then would cut me off as I was relaying pertinent medical info to her (I used to be a nurse, until my car accident, so I was only giving specific info that was necessary). She was very short and rude. Acted like she was put off that she had to work. Her patient assessment was lacking at best as she didnt seem to care.

I was very disappointed with the urgent care center. First, there was blood on a machine that the nurse attached to my finger. I pointed it out to her and she quickly disinfected my finger. Once I was taken to a room, I had to wait an hour and a half for the doctor. It may have been longer if I hadnt stepped out to the nurses station to make sure I hadnt been forgotten. The whole process was certainly not urgent. The doctor was also not able to clearly identify the problem.

I give 0 stars, but it made me give 1 to be able to post...also crap!!! Like another said on here, this place has SPECIALISTS (which they are FAR FROM!) and they dont tell you that up front which causes the patients payment owed to be higher than you go in expecting!!! I called my ins co and you can put in a complaint on this center...EVERY ONE PLEASE DO THAT so they can hopefully be forced to stop screwing ppl over!

I have gone to this location twice, and both times I received services from the same physican, Dr. Shah. Both times he came into the room with a diagnosis from the nurses notes. He blatantly ignored anything I said, until I was crying out of pain and frustration. I would not recommend going here for problems, but if you have to make sure that you do not receive services from Dr. Shah.

I arrived as they opened at 8am behind about 3 other patients. By 8:30 I was in a room seeing the doctor. He declared me infected and got me antibiotics. I was out the door before 9am with my prescriptions sent to my local pharmacy. Great experience. Waiting room is spacious and comfortable, charging stations and coffee provided free. The staff was nice, efficient and helpful.

SLOWEST DOCTORS EVER!!! And way understaffed for the area. 1st visit waited almost 3hrs doctor didnt do anything but take my money and refer me to a specialist. 2nd visit again doctor did nothing but take my money and said I need to go to the ER for my problem. Waste of time and money. Ill NEVER come back.

Took multiple visits to get a correct diagnosis. Im more disappointed that I incurred a copay for the Doctor AND a copay for the facility. They failed to tell me that during my visit. I didnt find out until I received a bill for my second copay. The process should be more transparent than that.

They have medical SPECIALISTS at this center, which means you will be charged a specialist fee, not a primary care fee. They dont tell you that up front. They blame the insurance company, the insurance company blames them. Why even bother, just stick with your PCP or Patient First.

Worst place Ive ever been. The doctor had no bedside manner and didnt even take time to talk to the patient. Referred me to my primary care doctor the next day!!!! HORRIBLE. BLONDE HAIR LADY DOCTOR WAS HORRIBLE. JUST WANTED TO LEAVE. SHE DID NOT WANT TO WORK.

I went during my lunch hour and was in and out in less than 1 hour. The doctor and nurses were very nice and professional. I will definitely go here again in the future. Much quicker and easier than other urgent care facilities I have been to.
