it was the most upsetting account to happen to me for the last few years of my life, they treated me so vale and base because of my decision to do as instructed when I felt I was in a crisis situation and that was to call the hotline, so when I began to feel like lunch to the hungry wolf i did just that, called and asked for a new counselor, things got bad, my case was closed. I will say that RBHA will help you if you let them and the people are nice and friendly but I say to you never call crisis and I repeat to you, never call crisis line or things may get handled in the same manner for you as myself which there is no other way or word for it other then WRONG. Hopefully ill make it to get some more treatment.

this place is not what it use to be maybe 5 years ago, you have to many young people who work there but only for the title and not to really help . the sad part is these are people that are mentally ill and no one does house visits anymore , they sending the patient app in the mail and expect them to be there, they dont ask patients if there is anything they do to help anymore and the sad part is they get a check and the patients issurance gets billed ..so sad and i know becuase my mom has been there since forever and know i want her to look elsewell for help .

They have evolved so much over the last couple of years. Its no secret that community mental health services are in high demand, and they are up to the task here. There are some amazing counselors, and case workers here. They understand both mental health needs and the needs of addicts. Because of the high volume that they deal with, they do need cooperation from the client. If you show up when you are supposed to, and do what you need for yourself...they will be here for you.

Since they bought out Rubicon it is treated like your average corporation. The people that do the hands-on work are dedicated and true, but very disorganized! I voluntarily went in for detox. Took them 2 hours to discharge me when I was ready to leave. Then they couldnt find my possessions! Go if you are sent there by the system! That is all.

I was promised a Psych assessment on my bday,"be there by 8:00am, I can get you assessed". I arrived early to meet a Doctor, and was just as baffled as the counselor. She was very friendly.
