This place is terrible you can never get anyone to give you an appointment let alone their undivided attention. Every time I call they put you on hold at least 5 times before they even ask why you are calling! Not only that I even went as far as to drive there and see if I could be a walk in and they turned me and my mom away and said they were booked but no one was even in the building! They literally must lose business all the time! No manners of customer service I would give this place a zero!!!

This place is wonderful! Kudos,to Dr Rubin and Amanda. I took a really long time to pick out frames and they were fine with that. I have been going here for years. Even,got an appointment on the same day!!
