I have always had nothing but great things to say about the entire staff at Park Dentals Rosemount location, but today was something altogether different. My 6 year old daughter needed sealants and had a cavity that needed attention. Of my two girls, the 6 year old is the more timid. She has had issues with being terrified at doctors appointments, and other public appointments before, including a standard dental visit. I was very concerned about how her appointment was going to go today, worrying that she would melt down from fear. I explained the whole process to her last night before bed while silent tears rolled down her little face. Everyone at Park Dental was FANTASTIC. They did a wonderful job of putting her at ease, and taking it slowly with her while she got the "giggle gas". She left with an entirely new attitude about what to expect from the dentist. Thank you so much to everyone at Park. You dont know how much this made my day. Olivia says thank you as well!

So I have horrible anxiety especially with dentists and I HATE needles. I freak out and hyperventilate. I am also ten weeks pregnant so getting put under wasnt an option. I had to have my first tooth pulled today and I gotta say these guys are experts from the moment I walked in the door they worked with me and gave me the time and the choice to go through with it. They were SO sweet and gentle and the ONLY pain I even felt was a little pinch for the anesthesia. They helped me control my breathing and get through the procedure quickly and painlessly. I couldnt be more relieved to have that tooth out! It was half gone and causing me SO much pain. Thank you for being so kind and caring! I will definitely be back

My 5 year old daughter Syenna went here just for a check up and cleaning with Dr. Cristina I.C.V. Kilburg. Syenna has always been a little nervous about going to the dentist, but this experience made it worse. This dentist was inpatient with Syenna and very rude to my husband and I. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable especially at the end she did not finish the cleaning. This denisit told us that she can not see us anymore because she cried and screamed. I think she was embarrassed, but thats your job to make the dentist an enjoyable experience for kids.

Horrible place in rosemount, had to come back two days early in the morning i was told the first day i went in i was getting cleaning and xrays then the little dentist girl says lets come back REALLY I WORK.... then i ask about the free toothbrush thing and then the snotty scheduler older lady said u have to bring it in when the thing says u can show on ur phone.. im gonna try today if this goes horrible looking for new place again.

Experienced no problems with the dentist or hygienist, but my wife and I both experienced several problems with the receptionist named Marie regarding various issues including scheduling, billing, and insurance issues. Simply said, we left Rosemount Park Dental because of Marie. Sorry Dr. Ranvek, but Marie is not helping your business.

Great team of Dr. Kilburg and her assistant, Tressa. I have also worked with hygienist Pxa. The team does great work. Coming from a person who does NOT enjoy going to the dentist, this is saying a lot. I would highly recommend this team!

Dr. Ranveck and Staff have been excellent to work with. They took really good care of me during a wisdom tooth extraction and made it very painfree. My son loves going there and that is what really counts.
