Having been with the same dental office for decades, I was concerned about a required change. But--no worry! All staff, including the dentist, were friendly and communicative and took the time to make me feel as if I were a welcome addition to their clientele. I do feel lucky to have found a new dental office that is a pleasure to visit. Try it--youll like it! January 2017--Time for another cleaning/checkup, which was simple, pleasant, and informative. Conversation (dentist participating) included merits of various "picks" and cleaning tools to help avoid old-age dental problems. All staff members were friendly. Although I am not fond of having to definitely schedule the next appointment six months out, I do understand the concept of efficiency in a business, and my days are quite flexible, so its a minor matter. So far, I dont have a basis to evaluate actual dental repair in this office (just cleaning and x-rays so far), but from what I have experienced, I wont hesitate if and when the time comes and will hurry in to Zumbrota Midwest Dental. August 2017--Just as pleased as before with staff and dentist and care. However, I will make a point not to schedule an appointment right after lunch again, as my driver dropped me off early, and I found the door locked and had to wait in the adjoining café for them to open. Not a problem; just a minor learning experience.

Dr. Christensen and his staff do a wonderful job of making the whole experience as comfortable and personal as possible. I am not ever in the waiting room for very long, and the hygienists do a great job of being as efficient as possible. When Dr. Christensen comes in he always has a gigantic smile plastered on his face and is in a positive mood. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in the area.

Ive had several appointments at Midwest dental and have received nothing but exceptional care. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly and show interest to every single patient they are seeing. They make you feel comfortable and explain every step. Dr. Christensen is extremely professional, kind and treats every patient with the care they need and deserve. I am extremely impressed with Midwest Dental! All the staff is friendly, professional, and kind. They work quickly and efficiently while making you feel as at-ease as possible. Unlike previous dentists Ive visited in the past, Dr. Christensen doesnt recommend work just for the sake of running up the bill. Hes honest and very personable. Midwest Dental has restored my faith in dentistry!

Thanks so much to Dr. Christianson for doing a great job on my mouth. The entire staff at midwest are great! I felt like family from the start. Truth be told, I have always had terrible experiences at the dentist until I made the best decision to give midwest a chance. Hands down, the best desision I ever made. Love you guys. This office runs like a well oiled machine - except - we are not treated like machines. Staff is personable, competent, educational, encouraging. Dr. Christensen needed to do some work on my teeth and I couldnt be more happy. Beautiful job! They do need more space! I hope the city of Zumbrota is able to accommodate so the practice can keep thriving.

I have been going to this office for many years, in the past it has had a few issues but they are back to the fast friendly place they were when Dr A was there. Great experience, in quickly, teeth checked out and cleaned by Mary, back out the door with some coffee, and a discount for paying cash. Great people to work with!
