Disappointing experience and service. Would NEVER go back or recommend. The Rx for pain management for wisdom teeth removal was not given, had to drive back, leaving my daughter home alone for 90 minutes to get the Rx. Dr. Wert forgot to sign the Rx on top of that. The follow-up process was concerning, they called to follow-up and the number showed up as a BLOCKED number. Wisdom teeth removal may be an every day "job" for this team, but its a once in a lifetime exeperince for a client, or rather patient; patients do not come back, clients come back and make referrals.

It was my first time coming to Park Dental as my insurance had changed and I had no option, horrible choice, the staff was very unprofessional, rude and arrogant, and made be wait after the fact I made an appointment, I was very dissatisfied with the service at Park Dental and will leave to another office, horrible!
