I had forgotten about my appointment I scheduled about 6 months ago. This morning they call me asking if Im on my way? Ummm on my way for what? Its not everyday I think about this place. I understand I should of written it done. The part that gets me is that the gal that called me was very snobbish and was blunt. Im sorry I had forgotten I cant just up and leave work to come on in. I said i will call back and reschedule. She didnt seem to be to happy about that and then ended the conversation. Just be aware that people do tend to forget. Its a smaller dental office I would think they would try and be accommodating to thier clients. Things happen. Looking for a new dental office is on my list. I dont deal with rude abrasive people when Im paying you. Thank you for your time.

Visited Valley Creek Family Dentistry today for the first time and had an excellent experience. The office is beautiful and professional! My teeth are sensitive and the hygienist took special care to keep me comfortable while working efficiently and thoroughly. The warm massaging dental chair did help relax and distract me - smart idea! Dr. Davis was warm and welcoming. He took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. I felt well taken care of! Ill be back for sure! Thank you!

I have been coming to Dr. Ash for my dental care for many years. I have always thought the team at Valley Creek Family Dentistry is great! Always welcoming, friendly and professional! I met Dr. Davis for the first time yesterday when i cracked my front tooth, a tooth that previously had been cracked. He did such a amazing job! My tooth feels natural and looks even better! You would never know that my tooth had been damaged! Thanks for taking such good care of me!

All of the staff that I have encountered were so pleasant and professional. Im so glad that I made the switch from a large clinic where I never saw the same dentist to this very persoable dentist. And, bonus--they are in a beautiful, brand new facility! Lastly, they text you days in advance of your appointment which is really helpful.

Horrible - contacted the office for a needed crown and Im in pain (referral from my dentist) and I was told that they were 2 and half weeks out and they basically hung up the phone. Will look for another provider.

Dr. Ash and her team are a real class act. The new office is beautiful and elegant. Not a better shop in the twin cities.. glad they can always fit me in..
