HORRIBLE DONT GO HERE!!! Especially to see Dr. Sulzc. She is a non compassionate doctor. Who needs have her license taken from her. Reported her to the board. She let me walk out of the office with high heart rate in the mid 150s. Elevated blood pressure. Been waiting for months for a referral but her nurses are just as incompetent as she is. If you want to live I stay away. I pulled my whole family of five out. My daughter is her patient and she left. Afraid she going land her in the hospital like she did me. Have a torn tendons and ligaments in my hip and she refused to listen. Went in office not being able to walk and left crying and not being able to walk. Office staff lies about making referrals. Told her I was leaving a doctor and she said for me not to. Okay we are the patients if it was not for us doctors wouldnt have jobs. Yet they forget that. If you are patient leave before she hurts you like she did me. She prescribed me medicine I was allergic to to treat my hip pain. A steroid and landed me in the hospitals with a severe allergic reaction let her know and all I got was I note it. Okay so your patients should walk around in pain because you are a doctor. No unprofessional in the max. Treat patients as if you want to be treated. I was a nurse for ten years and this was my rule of thumb. Stay away from this doctor because she hurts you as she did me. Thanks!!

My doctor here "dr schulz" has been absolutely no help. I get in a bad car accident and she just looks at me like im a retard because Im in pain. When i broke one of my toes she prescribed me ibuprophen and i could barely walk. Im really concidering changing my pcp and practice all together!!! Oh and one day i was "10 mins late" because the appointment setter told me the wrong time and the manager was being so rude that he made me cry. When they took me back finally my blood pressure was through the roof. Also havent been able to get any of my meds that my psychiratrist was prescribing me before she passed away. Idk why i even bother with place they dont have any empathy and they suck!!! Dont treat you like a patient at all and i have been coming here for years and only come if there is seriously wrong and they look at me like a crack head because i am in serious pain. I have been going to the chiropractic 3 times a wk and my chiropractor said i was messed up. Waiting for them to call me back now for a referral to a neurologist because i have been having migraines so bad. Also my pharmacy faxed a prescription refill to them for the past 3 days now and still havent sent anything back and the nurse for dr schulz never answers or returns your calls.

Do not go see Dr Schultz. Her nurse will not call you back. I was told I had low blood pressure and they did bloodwork. Dr Schultz said if there was no underlying cause then we would discuss medication. She said to call in a day or two. I called and let at least 2 messages 2 days later and 2 more 3 days later. They never called me about my results. Instead they mailed the results to me and still have yet to call me back and that was over a month ago. I did however get 3 recorded calls today saying I needed a annual exam. I have tried to call back to tell them I had an exam a month ago and Ive been on hold for 30 minutes! I know they had closed now. Im very frustrated and will not be going to see her again. I mean Dr. Schultz as a doctor was fine and nice and knowledgeable but she needs a new nurse. On a 2nd note my Mother, Father, Brother, and Husband see Dr Salsano and love him. I have yet to see him so I have no opinion on him.

I do not have a problem with the doctors, its their nurses. The do a half ass job there. I get a call saying I had to reschedule my son for his 6 month visit 20 minutes before his appointment. I gave them my sons shot record in January and asked if he was up to date, I was told yes. When I went to enroll my son in school he was missing 3 shots. I was told they couldnt see the dates on his previous shots so they did not enter them in the system nor call to let me know. Also somehow my cell number was connected with their phone line and people started calling me leaving their social and other information on my voice-mail. Every time I called to let them know, they said the issue was fixed, but it was going on for 2-3 months. I am done and over this group, my kids and I will go somewhere else.

Dr. Tannous is a fantastic doctor! I took my elderly Mother to see him after we were treated incredibly rudely at a Patient First (and they misdiagnosed her loss of sensation in her foot as being "an adverse reaction to a pedicure"). He took one look at her foot, listened to it with a stethoscope and made an appt for her for that afternoon to see a vein and vascular specialist. My Mother was put into the hospital the next day for an emergency femoral bypass! Dr. Tannous literally saved her foot and the vascular surgeon was able to get back over 75% circulation to my Mothers foot and lower leg. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is incredibly attentive and listens to his patients.

My doctor (Salsano) is GREAT, but ever since he switched to the Bon Secours Medical Associate group, the nurses and desk staff are HORRIBLE to get seen and scheduled. This has been going in for 4-5 years now. On several different occasions, the nurse will NOT call me back after several attempts. The staff have made appointments for me on days there were closed and you cant get ahold on a single soul. Its atrocious and I am fed up. If I didnt LOVE my doctor so much, Id find another group. Doctor, PLEASE find a more caring, competent group to practice with......

This is the worst medical office in Virginia beach, from the time when I called to make an appt to the time when I went for the first appt. After fill out the paper work they said they could not see me because I was 6minutes late, yes six minutes, on a Monday morning. The office personal totally unprofessional, they need training... Or a better office manager. Not coming back!

My sickening appointment was at 11:10 arrived at 11:20 and they told me that they cannot see me because I was late I was only 10 minutes late and couldnt get me into 145 which is BS the time before that I waited 3 1/2 hours in the back before the doctor even came back in the front never informed anybody this is a horrible place to go

Do not see dr juer very rude,inattentive, doesnt listen, I would never go back and suggest you shdnt either. I was going to use him as my new primary care doctor but DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE. He was the only doctor available in reasonable amount of time and now I see why.
