Dr willams is great , thats if you are one of the lucky that gets in to see him . Which is rare ! My experience most of the time is not good ! I have always waited hours in a room , then I see a PA not dr willams ! When your sick you dont care . However , I do now ! It was a waste of my time ! The PA is so unexperienced ! And if your a private person dont go here ! I listened for 2 straight hours , the entire conversation in the room next door . So while I sat suffering with a fever and sinus infection , and asthma , for 2 hours . Not exaggerating that time Literally two hours ! I got to hear how the pA discuss this ladies fertility options ! While I was left to suffer ! Then when I was finally seen , I was told . They dont give antibiotics out for my situation !!!! I said ( you just said I had a bad sinus infection did you not ? pA : yes! He said if Ive had antibiotics recently they dont give them , then he asked me when did I have them last ? Omg are you kidding !!! Your the PA look it up ! So he told me no before he even knew when I last had an antibiotic ? Yeah this is great doctoring ! Not ! I told him I was 50 years old and have tried for a week to get rid of on my own ! That I think at age 50 I know what an sinus infection is and how to treat it . He acted like he didnt want to give me it to me but he did because I bitched ! If you have to fight with your doctor to get him to care ( go someplace else ) if you have to wait 2 hours for nothing ( go someplace else) I have been fighting with this staff for 2 days now . Your treated like a number and they act like robots ! If doctor Williams is ok with this , it cant say much for him . So far Im treated like Im not important enough for him to call . They got that insurance money . The entire system has failed ! We are all in trouble if this is what people have been reduced too! They are desensitized to your pain ! They all act like they are auditioning for Greys Anatomy . The receptionist think shes a somebody Very self righteous . Rude . Not professional ! Immature (its like high school all over again ) I will be filing a complaint ! I will never go back there again !

Hes my PCP, and I plan on sticking with him for as long as I live in Va. Beach. He is patient and attentive, and his team is as outstanding as they are efficient. Im comfortable with him, and know he cares about my health.
