I would rate 0 stars if that would be an option. My daughter needs surgery according to doctor. He requested blood work to be done before we can schedule surgery. We did blood work the next day. 3 days later I called to see if it is OK to schedule surgery. Person took my info and told me that someone will call me back. I waited a week, no response. Called again and spoke to Dr. Toms secretary. Same response, I am not a clinician, nurse will return your call. Week later, no call from them. No apologies, just attitude. Called again 3 days ago, same secretary. Again, I dont know what happened but I cant give you an answer. I will talk to nurse and she will get back to you. Again - no one has returned my call. It is almost 4 weeks since my first call. Dr. Tom even accused me that I was waiting too long to do surgery, but now I cant get it scheduled because they do not return my calls. No apologies were made, I was spoken down to, and there was attitude. Horrible customer service. I scheduled appointment in city instead. I will never return to this place again. Besides horrible customer service, they obviously do not care about their little patients. Only thing they do well is getting your insurance info and billing.

If you have been driving into the main hospital, you should know the care at exton is far superior. The wait times are always less than 10 minutes from your appointment to when you see your doctor, the waiting room is well stocked and not overcrowded at all, there are vending machines, video games and toys for little kids. The receptionists are far nicer and more professional. Make the switch! If I havent convinced you yet- know that there is FREE parking. :)

Love this office location! Most of the time our visits here are quick! The free parking is a lovely bonus! Most of all- thank you CHOP for always giving the best service/help for my child!
