RUN as far as you can from this "office". My daughter was a patient for 1.5 years and we had several very negative experiences ranging from them calling an incorrect prescription into my pharmacy, to being insulted by the front desk staff to receiving extra, incorrect bills four times. The last straw was receiving a bill in the mail for an additional co-pay for a visit and when I called to find out why, I was told the doctor DOUBLE BILLED me and my insurance company because our appointment went beyond the 20 minutes they allot for a routine well visit. There are so many things wrong with this. For starters, 20 minutes for a well visit is appalling! Im pretty sure weve waited in the lobby longer than that to even be called back for appointments! And how can anyone receive quality care when the doctor is rushing through a 20 minute appointment. Not to mention, I wasnt even made aware that they were charging me for an extra well visit...I learned about it when I got the damn bill in the mail. And to add insult to injury, on the day I went to the office to request my daughters file, the office manager told me there would be an additional charge just to release the file. There is not one positive thing I can say about this office.

The office called me in April to make my childrens well visit appointments. I have 2 kids and wanted them to both be seen during the same time to avoid having to go twice. This was way to hard for them to handle so I said I would call back to make the appointment closer to June. Called them today, waited on hold over 5 minutes after a girl in the office picked up the phone and asked me to hold. After waiting all that time, she hung up on me and when I called back I got a message saying the office was closed. Now why when she picked up my call initially just tell me to call back another day? No, make me wait on hold and then hang up on me. Is this the way they want to run their business? Ive been taking my children to this practice for 7 years. I wish Dr. Kromash was still the doctor there. He actually cared about his patients.

We just moved to the area and needed to find a new pediatrician. This practice was recommended by a neighbor, so we tried to make an appointment. We called to schedule, and were told that there was a four week wait for an appointment. I reluctantly accepted, although that seemed an excessive wait. I arranged to have the kids medical records sent from their previous pediatrician. Less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, CHOP Primary Care called and informed us that they had not received the records and therefore the appointment would be cancelled. If theyd let me know sooner, I could have put in a rush request with the former pediatrician, but even that requires a day. Not only that, we would have to wait yet another 4 weeks for another appointment. No, thanks, Ill find a pediatrician that actually has time for my kids.

This is a horrible office and Im actually looking for another doctor for my son.when my son was sick in may 2017.instead of being seen by the doctor here ,they refused to give him appointment,instead I was told to take him to emergency where I paid $250 extra out of pocket .come August 2017, I cancelled my sons wellness visit because he was away on vacation and couldnt make it back for the appointment on August 2nd , I was told he could not get appointment until October 30th , he will have to start school with no physical exam,this office dont care .Im actually looking for another doctor because I dont want to continue dealing with this office .i think CHOP has a better reputation than this but its the opposite

If I could give them no stars I would. Incompetent office full of ignorant people. Waited 2 days to make my daughter an appt and then when they finally did return my call i was told I needed to take her to Urgent care because they had no more appts available. Have waited over an hr to be seen by a Dr for my son. Also both of my children were sick and was told by the nurse that they had a viral infection and did not need to he seen, I pushed for an appt and its turns out they both had strep throat. This office is totally unorganized. Would not recommend them to anyone!

Drs Kaminsky and Bigelow are amazing (My son hasnt seen the other one). They are kind and listen to me and dont make me feel rushed. They are nice to my son and always ask his consent before their physicals. The nurses and front desk staff are hit or miss. It can be hard to get a well appointment but for sick appointments its easy to get in. My son has alot of anxiety and its worse at the Dr. But the actual doctors have a calming demeanor to him.

I agree with the other review. These people dont care about the children, they just want the money. The scheduling is terrible. I have to wait a month to get an appointment for my child. I have to schedule it when she is in school, so now she misses almost a day of classes. If I want to get a refill from the doctor, I cant even talk to the doctor directly, I have to go through a pile of red tape. Its very irritating!

Staff was rude on the phone and hung up on me. I changed jobs and before I get insurance my children are on Medical Assistance--as soon as I mentioned that to the receptionist she became rude with me and definitely had her own bias. Ill never go there again and instead paid out of pocket to go to our old PCP which has amazing customer service. Very sad that this location is associated with CHOPs name.

I dont usually do this but maybe I can save someone else from being in my shoes. This is the worst establishment Ive ever had to deal with and as a former military spouse whos lived many places thats a special award. Run go anywhere else!!!! Rude and uncaring nurses and sadly greedy policies that try and rack up expenses for unnecessary procedures. Stay away...

Stay far away from this office. Front desk and nurses are horrible. Nurses try to diagnose your children over the phone and then say they dont need to be seen. Always impossible to schedule an appointment and play phone tag all day. Taking both of my children out of this practice immediately.

Fantastic, professional office staff, and Dr. Bigelow is wonderful. I keep telling them that I want to be first on the list if they ever start accepting adults, because Ive never found a family practice for myself that treated their patients this well.

The doctors have all been good. My youngest had his heart repaired by CHOP its just nice to have it close by.
