I cant say enough about how great my experience has been thus far with Lavon Family Dental. Katie is an exceptional, down to earth office manager who explained insurance coverage and out of pocket costs to me very well. Ruth is a kind, professional dental assistant who paid attention to detail and comforted me during my procedures. Kimberly is a friendly, professional dental assistant as well who was a pleasure to have working next to Dr. Draper. (I havent worked with Joanna the hygienist yet, but from meeting her she seems to be just as nice and as good at her specialty as the rest of the staff.) Last but not least, Im over the top impressed with Dr. Draper. He spent quality time with me on my initial consultation when I was just going in for a 2nd opinion on some major dental work I was going to need to be redone. My 1st impression was that I liked his professionalism and his demeanor. When I went in to have part 1 of the procedure done, he helped me to feel calm and relaxed during the whole 3 1/2 hour process. He explained everything he was going to do before he started performing it, he also gave me scenarios that he was looking for in order for me to make a sound decision on which routes to take. I trusted his opinion and his knowledge on the best treatment plan for me. Im looking forward to part 2 of the procedure and will be back for future visits. My husband will also be going to Dr. Draper for his dental work.

I broke a tooth a couple weeks ago and was able to get in to Lavon Family Dental right away. They worked well past their closing time to get the tooth fixed and repaired another chipped tooth while that side of my mouth was numb at hardly any extra cost to me. A root canal and crown were necessary for the repair. Dr. Draper did an excellent job with the root canal. Their hygienist, Joanna, made the biggest impression though. Her friendly, personal demeanor makes her instantly likable and the fact that she asked about my children on my next visit made her even more so. Katie, at the front desk, is very knowledgeable with insurance and billing and was able to answer any questions I had. She also has a very fun personality. Overall, Id recommend the office!

I went to a dentist in Rockwall where I was told I needed 4 crowns...I decided to get a second opinion and could not be happier in my choice. I didnt need ANY crowns and only a few fillings. Lavon Family Dental literally saved my thousands of dollars!! From the first phonecall, Katie was AMAZING!! She was super helpful with my insurance coverage, in take forms and overall very kind! The hygienist was also very gentle and easy going and made my anxiety go away. Dr. Draper was very informative and not rough on my teeth at all. If you are looking for an honest, easy going, affordable and incredible office staff in a dental office then look no further! This is the place to go!! P.S, they also have a TV on the ceiling to keep your mind occupied ;)

I cant say enough great things about Lavon Family Dental. My whole family has been going there for awhile. After many bad expierences with other dentists, to say we were timid to try another one is an understatement. But needing a dentist we thought why not. I can say now that we have found a dentist and staff that we love. They are patient and sweet and understanding. They always make sure we are comfortable before doing anything. Knowing now that my family has a place to go and are at ease doing so is a huge weight off this mommas heart. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing and looking for a dentist for their family!

I have no words to describe how wonderful MY experience and my husbands experience was at Lavon Family Dental. From Katie at the front desk to Karissa who did my x-rays to Joanna who did my cleaning and to Dr. Draper who did my exam....EVERYONE of them was friendly and accommodating. They never made me feel shamed for not flossing as well as I should be (I mean come on, who does?) and they checked on my comfort and asked me frequently if I was I pain etc. I even scheduled my 6 month exam already...I NEVER do that because I dont ever like anyone enough to feel like I should come back. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Needed to find a dentist in my area for routine cleanings and a much overdue check up. They were very helpful in checking on my insurance and setting up an appointment that would suit my needs. Once I arrived I had only about a ten minute wait including my paperwork. WOW!! The receptionist was very nice as well. The hygienist was very thorough with explaining the treatment as she went and was gentle too. The dentist was very nice and checked in to evaluate my future dental needs. I am gong back soon for a few more minor fillings. So happy I found this gem of Dentistry in little Lavon, Tx.

Really awesome staff and dentist! Not only is it literally right up the street from my home, whenever I call or go in, everyone especially Katie, is extremely pleasant and welcoming. They know you by name and are very willing to help in any way they can. I recently had a root canal done and has gone home. Before he left for the day, Dr. Draper called and personally checked on me! How awesome is that? They seem to be very knowledgable about what they are doing as well. I would most definitely recommend everybody to visit Lavon Family Dental. I promise you will not be disappointed!

My husband went in for an exam today and it was wonderful! He requires more work than just your typical cleaning so he was ready for a dentist to try and sell him and try and get more work out of him than what was really needed. Boy were we wrong! The entire staff took really good care of him, explained everything, and made sure he was comfortable! The dentist was WONDERFUL! He explained everything in detail and let him know what he really recommended, and was very honest! So glad we gave Lavon Family Dental a try! We have found our family dentist now! #wonderfuldentist

I was very nervous as I had not been to the dentist is about 4 years. I had been a dental assistant before moving to Texas. Sometimes the more you know the harder it is. Katie is so nice and chats with you while you wait. Diana came out to get me introduced herself. Asked about me and told me some about her. Throughout my whole cleaning she made sure I was comfortable. She was so gental and so sweet. Dr. English was very nice and was very efficient. I definitely recommend Lavon Family Dental to everyone. In fact my husband has an appt in a few days.

I was referred to Lavon Family Dental by my sister, and was VERY nervous, Bc I have had ALL bad experiences with dentist. From the moment I walked in, Katie was polite, helped me with my insurance, and kept me calm, (I have terrible anxiety) and Dr Draper came in right away, talked me through everything, and worked with me on a plan for my dental work until I was 100% comfortable with every detail. Everyone that works at LFD are amazing!!! I will definitely be referring everyone I know, and coming back for all my dental needs! Thank you all so much!!!!
