I brought my 7 year old here for a 2nd (or 3rd, actually) opinion. I thought I would just confirm a previous diagnosis and treatment plan was necessary then I would follow-through with treatment at the previous dentist. But after visiting this office, I changed my plans and decided to stick with this one for two reasons... 1) the staff and 2) the office. Both dentists at both locations were very good with her and very personable, but the staff was not. The staff at The Smiley Tooth ALL went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Unfortunately, the other dentist office did not. All it takes is one bad interaction with a bad attitude to make a client go elsewhere- in our case, Im grateful I sought out another opinion at The Smiley Tooth. My daughter has some pretty extensive work to be done and its very important that she feels at ease and comfortable where we do it. Its equally important that I do. The Smiley Tooth is getting it all right! Not to mention their office is THE COOLEST!! From the light up game floor to the knight in shining armor that you can change the colors on and free mugs and Keurigs for Moms and Dads- theres just nothing bad to say about this place!

The dental assistant was absolutely wonderful at keeping my son (4yrs old) comfortable and at ease while having his teeth cleaned by the actual cleaning tools because the noise was a little loud and it started to scare him. She also kept him calm and was so sweet to him while the dentist used the scraper on his teeth for the very first time.

Dr. Chou and her staff are every mothers dream. I have a child with ADD who gets anxious, but every time we leave her office he exclaims "I have the best dentist!" On top of being professional and kind, they are all highly trained to communicate with children and put them at ease. I will never take my son to another dentist!

This was my son first cleaning experience! I have to say that since we came in, the lady was really nice and willing to help us. The office is kids oriented with interactive games. I love it. In addition the dental assistants and the doctor were awesome. My son loved the whole experience.
