I dont usually have a problem with any dentist office but I have been seeing an office in garland and the drive is too far from my home now plus they are always late calling me back to be seen and always busy. When I called Kaufman Family Dentistry they got in me right away, did my cleaning with very gentle hands. Explained the entire process and who I would be seeing. I wear invisalign and told the hygienist that my teeth were sensitive and she still did an amazing job cleaning them. The lady who did my x-rays understands the difficulty in "biting down" when you have a small mouth. Dr. Conner was simply amazing! She is willing to help with my invisalign treatment, see me for cavities and do my regular check up! I love this office and all of the staff. Working in the medical field I know how things can be and this office far surpassed my expectations. I will return and send all of my friends and family to there office.

I had my first visit with Dr Connor and their staff today. I dreaded going-I have had some really bad experiences with others and needed a new dentist. Everyone in this office from the lady that answered the phone and made my appointment, to the front desk personnel, the the techs who did my x-rays to Dr Connor herself was just amazing. The techs were kind and patient with me, and Dr Connor was thorough and professional while still being friendly and caring. For the first time in my life, I had a pleasant dental visit. Made an appointment for my husband. Dr Connor will definitely be OUR dentist. I cannot recommend this office highly enough!!

The staff is kind, patient, and caring. I love Dr. Conner. From walking in the door to a warm greeting, to dental cleaning, xrays, exam, and payment, this team of sweet ladies makes the whole experience pleasant....and that is pretty amazing because going to the dentist is one of those appointments that can be kind of scary. I really appreciate the kindness and excellent care that Kaufman Family Dentistry provides.

I left another dentist closer to my house to come here, and Im glad I did. Had an issue with a tooth and they properly diagnosed the problem. Decided to wait for a few months and it started hurting. Set up an appointment and they pulled it with. O problem. Caring enough to give me the dentists cell phone number in case I had a problem.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sloans for many years and he is always friendly and is a very good dentist. This visit was to have my teeth cleaned and x-rayed and all was done expertly. I very much appreciate all the staff and have always been treated well. I appreciate very much that there is seldom a wait time but am seem on time.
