I like Dr. Chris personally. He is a great family man with good christian morales. He is an intelligent dentist. The only personal draw back for him is he doesnt give solutions like other dentists that we have visited. He is a very frugal doctor and Im not speaking frugal for your pocket book. He is personally frugal. The only office issue that we have for our family is the office has a very high turn over rate. It seems some of the assistants that he has had in the past are straight out of dental school. I get use to a hygienist and then they are gone. We are a family that doesnt like the amount of change that his practice incurs. Go first thing in morning or right after lunch which is 1ish to not have to wait. There are pros and cons with his practice and you have to weigh what is important to your family. This is just our personal family opinion.

I have never, ever been to a dental office better than this one. Rockwall Family Dental is superb, from the front office staff, to the hygienist, and to the dentist. Everyone is incredibly polite and well-informed. What I love most, is that they make every moment an educational opportunity. The front office staff always takes the time to ensure I understand every detail of my insurance claims, and the dentist explains everything in laymans terms. If you care about your grill,Rockwall Family Dental is the only place that will keep those chompers in the million-dollar-smile condition they oughta be in.

I always enjoy going to Rockwall Family Dental and seeing Dr. Chakmakjian and his staff. They are very gentle and caring. The waiting room has nice plush leather couches and the office is very clean. Always a pleasure!! Also, keep in mind that good help is hard to find these days per the previous reviews.

Dont have a credit because you wont get your check unless you hound and hound. Hes a good dentist but the office staff is to be desired.They will nickel and dime everything and make you over pay but wont send your dollars back to you.
