About a year ago my family and I sought out a new dentist, the work we received prior gave more complications than needed and what we paid for. Our first visit was great and we were excited to go back. My husband was offered to apply for a credit card to get invisignlign but in all honesty Dr. Leflore knew the complications and work my husband needed before offering this option to him which makes me believe he was in it for the money. My husband applied for the credit, approved and did the mouldings all in one day. They immediately charged the acct $5k, I called the office and explained this was not practical for us and we were not ok with this decision. Dr. Leflore agreed to charge us 1/2 of the amount and work out a deal for the services later. Thinking this was a great deal. We continue to receive a charge for the for the same monthly amount when it should have been revised. We called over and over again asking to speak to the Dr./or accounts payable all for them to tell us they couldnt do anything to help us. We called care credit which they blamed the dr. Office could assist. AGAIN, trying to solve the issue we emailed, called and even came up to the office trying to reconcile the issue so it wouldnt go unpaid. Noone wanted to help us leaving us hopeless. After exhausting our efforts we called our lawyer- It still isnt resolved entirely but making progress slowly. This could have all been avoided if there was just a sit down scheduled, I guess they dont have time for their clients to make that happen. They dont want to hear what they did wrong or even assist with reconciling. They even went as far as denying our certified letter because they didnt want to hear the truth. To make matters worse they mailed us a letter prior to us contacting our laywers that they were relieving us from the practice. What?? Because of an error they didnt fix or failed to explain we were punished. I hope you will read all of this and really contemplate if its all worth it. If anything dont use their credit card services. P. S. They really need to get a professional and ethical front desk receptionist. Shes two face and will talk bad about you the minute you turn around. There are better places to get work done! Horrible dentist everything he has done for my wife and i has either broke, cracked or just fell out highly not recomended!!
