Customer service and dental care at this place is horrible. If you read the low scoring reviews of this place, it’s all true. Most of the 5 star ratings are the actual employees of the company throwing the ratings off. Anyone writing details in a review are the obvious real people who have gotten treatment done. I agree with Sherrie Taylor (read her review), they treat you on how well your insurance is. Good coverage = Great money to make off of you. If you have a lot of allowance from your insurance they will find any way to use it all up. There is a lot of pressuring to get treatment done and a lot of whispering and back talk behind you. My kids have gotten poorly place fillings. Jagged edges, fillings popping out, it’s because Dr. Chitkara rushes to do treatment. Good quality work won’t pop out no matter what stupid excuse she tells you. Also quality dentistry is not done with your hands and fingers to place a filling. We have been to another dentist since and no fillings have popped off because of “my kids brushing to hard” or “my kids eating crazy hard/sticky foods”—all stuff she’s said to avoid the real reason of her poor work. For braces the brackets pop off every other week! Mind you I had braces back in the day when dental technology isn’t as nearly as it is today and NONE of my brackets ever popped off. Clearly she is not doing braces right. If I have to constantly take time out of the day and bring my kid in to get it placed back on is a waste of time & money. Go somewhere else where you are treated with better value, quality and respect.

I was very disappointed in the service I received. I was completely annoyed and taken aback by the feeling of being railroaded, and not valued due to the type of insurance I had. I never felt like an informed client, I always felt rushed whenever I was in the office for service, and I felt like the customer with the best benefits, or paying the most money got the most attention from the Dr. Although I had the money to pay and had changed my insurance from HMO to PPO, I still did not seek any further treatment from this office, based on the treatment I received and how the clinic is run. I am not at all sorry this relationship did not work out, because as they say , things truly do happen for a reason. The dentist /orthodontist that I have now are wonderful they give very clear and precise explanation about every procedure both before and after, the doctors take their time and dont treat the business like an assembly line. The braces that I have now, are great, and not one of the brackets have fallen off, so theres no fear of losing $1000, and being told a BS story of why I cant get some of my money back. I was able to get the braces the following week, without any problems. The Dr. was also able to remove the residual glue left on my teeth by this office as well as buff out an indentation drilled into my front tooth, while trying over and over again to etch and bond brackets on, that were not adhering in the first place. Now that is a true value in dentistry.

Went in to have wisdom teeth pulled, deep cleaning, and some fillings. My dentist decides to do this over two visits. 1st visit. At the counter they raise the price $50 for gas etc. They perform the fillings and cleaning. The fillings were done so poorly hooks and jagged edges could be felt all over. Within 1 evening one filling fell out. (All have since fallen out 6 months later). I return to the office and they quickly try to fix. I return 4 days later for my wisdom removals. Again at the counter they try to raise the price another 200. To which I have had enough and say enough of this and cancel the whole thing. These champs then bill my care credit as if they did the whole thing. After months of dealing with them and care credit I still in and up oweing over 1000 for shotty work half preformed. Their answer...write me a check for 300. Id sue if I wernt broke hence the desire for value dental work. Id say you get what you pay for but, after this horrific experience I went to a rather large nice place that advertised on TV. They preformed all the work correctly at almost 400 less than the original quote. Have your neighbors fix your mouth before letting these clowns do it. Here you dont even get what you pay for. STAY AWAY!!!

WOW. I had always been taking my whole family and will continue to recommend this office. Most genuine Dr Chitkara and her wonderful staff. All my kids get there fillings done and never had any problems just got done with braces on my older son and now started my daughter a few months ago and she is almost done. We are excited as she will be done very soon. They will accommodate your schedule and calm you down If you have any anxiety. Even with so many new offices opening around the area they have continued to be busy and that just shows how good the work has to be, I would never go to any corporate owned offices because they know how to make lots of money out of you.Love you Dr Chitkara and your awesome staff.

Im the kind of person that wont go to a dentist because im deathly afraid of them. I had a friend who rold me about this place. I had a really bad tooth that needed to be taken care and i needed some place that was inexpensive. I tell you, when i went into that place it was all smiles, and pure comfortability. I never had a dentist make me feel so i guess you could say, not afraid. I would highly suggest going to this place. Nothing but people who actually care about how you feel, and what your issues are. The staff is just all out amazing. And amber who is one of the dental assistants there was absolutely amazing and was there for me the entire time and made me feel more than welcome

LOVE THEM. They are just the most amazing dental office I had ever been to. Real story. My son was in tears with pain on his chipping baby tooth and when we went to the office it was almost time for them to close. Stormy who is the manger did not even think twice and said "dont worry we will take care of him today". DR Chitkara came in and calmed my son and offered us free laughing gas and in no time he was not crying anymore. Amber was just great she made him so calm he got his tooth worked on. Am so glad we have Dr Chitkara and her wonderful staff in Seagoville. I wish I could give them more than just 5 stars. Love you guys and keep up your good work.

I have been going to Dr.C and her staff now for almost 2 years. I have had 2 fillings and now braces. My husband has had work done as well as my daughter having her wisdom teeth pulled. I am always welcomed with open arms every time I walk through the door. Amber and Stormy have always greeted me and have both worked on my mouth. I have never felt uncomfortable with them. I would highly recommend Dr.C and her staff. I think what I like most of all is Dr. C is straight with you about your dental care. I love my Dentist DR. C and her assistant AMBER. They are GREAT. I will truly be sad when my braces come off in the next week.
