I have used this dentist for several years and they have always been good and economical. I recently had the following experience. First, a call to cancel an appointment I had scheduled several months. Second, the appointment was reschedule, no real explanation other than the doctor was not going to be there but it was only a routine cleaning. Next I scheduled an appointment the following week when I arrived it was all new staff and the procedure for checking in was completely different. When I went back to exam room a new hygentist was there but the reception said I needed x rays. Which she proceeded to do...after her first attempt of a full set of xrays the hygentist came in and did a complete 2nd set stating the first were wrong...just what I wanted more radiation...anyway he did an examine and started the cleaning which was painful. When I said something he said they could numb me but it would take 20 minutes(never has before)..I toughed it out ...then he use cherry polish without asking...which is the only polish I cant stand ....the Dr came in and told me Dr Bogard had sold the pratice. Where upon she raised her voice to the staff to tell them to be quite she was talking to a patient. She talked about things not related to my dental care and if they had my files they would have known my expectations. They have a great deal to learn about customer service and they should have been up front about Dr Bogard selling the practice. And about not hav ing or at least reading my files. Suggest advise the patient prior to doing procedures like before they come in and ask them if you dont know there history and preferences.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! I called in advance and verified that they were in network with my insurance. But after I went in and was done with my appointment, they said they were out of network with my insurance which is Cigna dental! I had scheduled a cleaning with them as well which during my appointment they told me the dentist was booked up that day and I had to come back another time for cleaning. Basically I got NOTHING done during my appointment. It was a complete waste of my time.

This was a complete waste of time. Dr. Bogard sold the practice. The hygienist was discussing another patient in front of me. Then I was told insurance didnt cover everything for my 6 mo visit. The hygienist couldnt do the x-rays right or read my chart properly. The dentist barely spent 2 mins looking at my teeth. Then they refused to clean my teeth, stating I was required to come back later and pay out of pocket for a deep cleaning. This office is a fraud!

I havent been to a dentist in 10+ years. Ashley was my hygienist. She was very personable and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Dr. Baker was very nice as well. Overall it was a great experience and I will be making this clinic my familys choice for dental care.
