NO STARS.... Very upset that I took all of my children in to have their teeth cleaned and they were all very nice and myself and all 3 of my children were allowed to be in the room. My 4 year old needed to have further treatment for a cavity in his front teeth, so I happily rescheduled after this experience. I took only my 4 year old in for this procedure, was allowed back with him, the nurse came in, had me sign all of the consent forms, came back in, and took them from me before the dentist ever came in. At this point, I had already had my 4 year old son pumped up, ready, and excited for this procedure. As soon as the dentist, Dr. Heaton came in and sat down, she very rudely informed me that I would have to go into the waiting room and could not be present for this procedure. She was very rude and not empathetic at all, stating that this was "policy". I told her that I was not informed of this whenever I made the appointment. She then stated that there was a HUGE sign out front (NOT in the area I made the appointment) that stated parents were not allowed to be in the room for procedures on minors. I was not happy, but I had already gotten my son this far without being afraid, and did not want to upset him, so I decided it would be best not to cause a scene in front of him by pulling him out of the chair and having to start all over with another dentist. I went to the reception area and carefully examined ALL of the posted signs.... the ONLY sign posted stated... verbatim "Parents/Guardians of minor (patients under the age of 18) need to be present the entire appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS" WHAT WOULD THAT MEAN TO YOU???? HOW CAN YOU TAKE THAT OUT OF CONTEXT???? Why was I NOT allowed to hold my 4 year old sons hand while he was being administered gas by a "stranger" when all I teach my children is NOT to be alone with strangers, especially when they are giving him drugs to make him feel funny??? Which is everything Im teaching my children NOT to do is stay with an adult that gives you anything without your parent being there!!! ITS ALL WRONG - - - NEVER TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!!

I have been to many many dentists and this one by far meets all expectations and more. The staff is courtesy, nice and makes every moment enjoyable and comfortable. From the minute I walked in I was absolutely at ease. I had a tooth pulled and cracks fixed on the same day all done in less than 1 1/2 hours. Dr Heaton is a straight forward, real person, real dentist that stays on her game and knows her stuff. Yes I learned this during my visit. She entertained me the whole time. Dr Beth is sweet, straight up and will ensure you get the appropriate care and is not in business to take your money but to take care of your needs. They genuinely care for their patients as a whole and dont try to nickel and dime you or try to take your money. Need a dentist? Go see these ladies, even the hygienists will hook you up!

Before this office I had not been to the dentist in 10 years. The dentists before them had definitely not been nice. GF dental has a super friendly office and my kids feel very comfortable there. They love all the staff to the point I have to force them out of the office they would stay and hang out with them all day. Dr Heaton is the best started coming to her when a previous filling (not one of hers) had fallen out and the tooth cracked further requiring a crown got me in the day I called and a temporary crown put on even though I had never been a patient prior. excellent customer service.

Dr. Williamson and her staff treats my ENTIRE family. My mom (60), Dad (68), Sister 42, Me (37), Husband (39), Nephews (15 and 12) daughters (16 and 13). We having being using GF since they came to Rowlett!! They are so awesome they were even able to fix my husbands failed extraction that had become infected that was done by Smiley Dental in Garland! (They had him smiling in less than 30 minutes) They are so pleasant and professional my daughters knows all the front desk girls by first name! (their favorite is Jenny) I look forward to continuing with GF Dental for a long time!!!!

I saw some of the reviews and quite frankly, I dont believe them. My family, my neighbors, and several of my friends have seen Dr Beth and Dr Heaton for many years and have never experienced a better clinic. As a matter of fact, I have never heard a negative word from any of the people we have referred to their clinic. The staff have always been extremely nice and very professional. Nobody loves going to the dentist, but GFs staff certainly take some of the anxiety away from the experience. I assume some people take exception to dentist experiences in general

I love love GF Dental!! They are always so super welcoming, its super clean and smells good in there! It doesnt feel like an old and cold dental office, its updated, nicely decorated and they play Christian music in there! The rooms all have TVs while youre being worked on and the best thing is that the whole staff is super friendly and sweet! I love actually getting my teeth cleaned because of this office! Oh and Dr. Williamson is super good with shots when she numbing the gums , I never even feel it! Impressive! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I not only work here for the last 7 years, but I refer everyone I know. Dr. Beth and Dr. Heaton are the nicest, most ethical dentists I have ever worked with. They treat every patient like family. They take their time and make sure every patient gets the attention and care they need. I have patients that come all the way from Colorado because they love the Doctors so much! If you are looking for a dentist office that feels like an extension of your family, this is the place for you!

No one likes to go to the dentist but GF Dental makes an unpleasant experience into a fun one. Everyone there makes you feel welcome. The office staff and dental assistants are friendly, helpful and professional. Both Dr Williamson and Dr Heaton are very professional and extremely knowledgeable about what kind of treatment your teeth is in need of. The Dental Hygienist does a great job of cleaning your teeth and getting you prepared for the dentist. Great visit every time I go.

Ive been a patient with this practice for a few years and there have been some really positive changes. The staff is wonderful, nice, and genuinely caring. Jen and Dawn are fabulous! Dr Williamson is the new owner of the practice and Im excited because shes been faithfully treating me the past few years when the other doctors had left. Her and Dr Heaton work so well together and Im glad they are in it for the long haul! Good job GF Dental Team!!!!!

The front office was unfriendly to me when I entered the office. My appointment was at 2 pm and I wasnt seated until 3:35 pm. The service was slow and the doctor that saw me didnt seem to know exactly what to do. I received two fillings and the following night, one of the fillings fell out. I will not be going back to this dental office, I will find a competent dentist who knows how to do a simple filling.
