I would definitely not recommend going here at all costs. The desk lady and dental assistant were very nice and friendly, but I was definitely deceived by the rest of the staff. It seemed like I was only there for a profit and once they couldnt get it, they basically told me to go to a clinic. Isnt Aspen dental considered to be almost like a clinic? I only went there because they were offering low special prices and I was having a little irritation (I hadnt been to a dentist in 2 years). Once I got the x-rays, they sat me down for almost a half hour before speaking to the actual dentist, which only said a few things and was off to the next patient. Then I was sent to the finical department where they estimated my total to be 5,000 dollars! They explained that I needed to get a prescription tooth paste and a hand made 300 dollar night guard. Then the lady pressured me to apply for care credit which I knew I wouldnt qualify for, Im very young with virtually no credit. After being denied, she broke the total down into portions but said they would not offer a payment plan without the credit line. Said I could pay visit by visit. To work on two teeth, it would cost 500 dollars! As well as special gum treatment cleanings and such because I had gingivitis? After being shocked by all this, she then explained that if I didnt get work done asap, that I most likely would lose my front teeth? So the advice was to borrow the money from someone, pay 500 dollars a visit, or go to the clinic down the street. Frustrated beyond belief, I called other dentist offices to get a second opinion. When showing my new dentist the x-rays and plan procedure, she was not shocked. She informed me that the number Aspen Dental usually gives people is 5,000 or 7,000 and to NEVER go back there ever again. I am now happily situated at a different dentist office who is flexible with payment options that DONT require any type of credit line to be treated. Patients there are always brought in and treated FIRST, then asked if they would like to pay any of it after. So if my pay check isnt until the next week, I could still get treatment and not have to put it off. I love my dentist, and best of all, it cost me less than 1,000. Please dont waster your time like I did.

I could write a book about my experiences with Aspen Dental, but I will try to make it the condensed version. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Dr. G. is a GEM and his gentle mannerisms made things so much easier. Any questions I had, there was someone to answer them for me. As for the cost of it all, I know I could not have done any better and I am not sure why that one person wrote a book about the finances of it all, but they worked with me and everything was paid for before my partials were completed. Maybe if better care were taken of their teeth, all this expense would not have been necessary. This was a young person and if they do not take care of their teeth now, they will only have more expense later. It is so much easier to keep up with the cleanings and check-ups on a regular basis. Oops! the mother instinct is coming out of me. I know that dentists waiting rooms are rated high on the "fear" level, but I never felt that way in that office. Actually, with having two partial plates made, I sort of became part of the office. I expected, any day, to walk in and see my name engraved on one of the waiting room chairs. :) All kidding aside, this Aspen Dental office is top notch in my book.

initial visit was okay. staff was friendly, and prompt and the wait wasnt very long. It was slightly awkward sitting in chairs with your mouth wide open, already self-conscious of how you look, and people walking by the open room just gawking at you. The consultation was comforting, however the initial price quote was extremely high, and they applied a "coupon" (which struck me as odd), that lowered the cost, but was still questionable. I did my research, found many discouraging reviews and complaints through consumer affairs reports. I decided to go with a local private practice and found higher quality material and work for a slightly lower cost with reviewed and proven products to replace my teeth. Im grateful I was able to retrieve my dental X-rays to supply to my current dentist/O.S to proceed with the work I need done.

I really enjoy working with the staff. Melissa, the Office Manager, has been exceptional in going over treatment plans, keeping account information current, and always makes time to review and answer any questions/concerns. In the past, this was not always the case, and previous managers at times seemed rushed and unable to set aside the time to resolve account-related issues, so I really appreciate Melissas dedication. Drs. Grinderslev and Pham are very professional and provide great dental workmanship. Jenny, their dental hygienist who Ive worked with for the past few years (but who recently transferred to a different office) had a very personable and compassionate style and always went the extra mile to come up with solutions to dental-related issues that would arise from time to time.

Today was the third time for me to go to this dentist. Overall, I think the staff is very professional and services are very good. I didnt used too like to go to the dentist, but this one is very different than any previous ones I have been to. They are very patient with those who are apprehensive about dentists. The hygienist I had today, Miranda, was excellent. Very patient and explained everything to me. I would recommend this office/dentist to others, as well as continue my dental care with them until they show or do something I am not comfortable with. I know that one persons bad experience may have some people saying that this is not where they want to go, but not everyone is the same. Give this office a try, if it isnt to your liking, you can always find another one.

I was forced to have a extraction performed by a Oral Surgeon. Being nothing short of a coward at the Dentist, I was to say the least apprehensive. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely fortunate to have Dr. Ramani Gowvuchervuv @ Aspen greet me with sincere empathy, to my fearful demeanor. In short order, it was extremely apparent that her talent and experience , certainly did gave me the confidence to relax. She was terrific I could not have felt more comfortable and assured, she made sure everything was done in accordance with my stress level and pain tolerance level. So please if anyone has a fear factor as myself to even if they dont, if you need a compassionate and very competent Oral Surgeon your go to Doctor. Should be Dr. Ramani.

My initial experience with the receptionist was not good. I came up to sign in and she ask me my name. I gave it to her and said that I had an appointment. She looked in the computer and said no your not in the system, what is your phone number? I gave her my phone number and she said no, your not in the system. I said I have been here at least 4 times, I should be in the system. She asked another employee and she showed her on the computer where my name was. The receptionist may have been new, but she was not professional at all. She couldve at least apologized and said oh, I found you in the system. She didnt really say anything. The rest of the staff was very friendly and my hygienist was excellent. She was thorough and professional.
