Its not often you come across a top notch professional who is willing to work on their day off. My fiance Sol was due to speak at a seminar for Franklin & Marshall at 2 pm. He called me at 10 am and told me he was in pain. His crown had become dislodged the night before. I started calling local dentists in Lancaster, and 15 times I was hung up on, turned away or plainly just dialed a voicemail message. Finally I dialed Dr. Dinse number, and to my suprise their was an emergency contact number. Even more shockingly, this was his personal cell phone number and he answered. As I explained to Dr. Dinse the situation I could hear his children playing in the background. Nonetheless, Dr. Dinse opened his office with his family in tow on his day off, to help out Sol. At 1:30, Sol called to tell me he felt great and was on his way. He also told me how wonderfully he was treated and that Dr. Dinse was very reasonable financially especially considering the circumstances. Thank you Dr. Dinse for being a practitioner who still cares about patients. That is a rare and special quality to find in this day and age. We wish prosperity and happiness and highly recommend you to the locals and out of towners.

Before going to Dinse Dental Care, we were with a previous dental provider. We decided to get a second opinion about my wifes teeth. We were very impressed with the staff, and with Dr. Dinse. We have been loyal customers since the opening of their new location and are looking forward to take our daughter there for her checkup. I would recommend checking them out. They have evening hours, and it makes it very convenient for us to schedule with them after we get done with work. I love the reminders they sent to you via text or e-mail to remind you of your appointment.

From the phone call to make the appointment, to their ability to get me in quickly with my dental emergency, to a clear examination and explanation of best options to address my issue, and exceptional care with great attention that kept my pain during the surgery at minimum all led to the best dental experience Ive had. Always a 5 star experience there. Melinda does a great job as a hygienist - thorough without poking me to death. Dr. Dinse does excellent work. Had a crown and an implant done by him a couple years ago and theyve been great. All the staff are friendly and professional. Youd do well to have this group do your dental care.

Ive been coming here for years. Ive had a lot of dentists over the years and this is the only outfit that I actually look forward to interacting with. Appointments are conveniently scheduled (they even offer text reminders on your phone), the staff is top notch, and the office is new. Highly recommended.
