Totally disappointed and left confused. I went in for my daughter 1st appointment, I had noticed cavity on a couple of her teeth so I called in the office and I was told that they had a special for doing full exam, x-ray and cleaning for $59. And of course I had told them that my daughter was 5 years old and never been to a dentist office before. When we walked in, 1st they were unable to take x-ray because " my daughter s mouth is too small and they dont have the appropriate tools to do the x-ray " so they were unprepared for kids x-ray , why did they bother booking me this appointment and had me come all the way when they dont have the needed tools. Second, Dr. blessing was cold and not thorough, he took a look at her teeth and all he had to say that " she has a quite few cavities and she needs to be referred to a kids pediatric " thats it, no explanations..no details. So my big question is, if this office was not specialized and prepared to deal with kids pediatric dentistry, why did they waste my time and dragged me all the way for a simple cleaning, I called in because I knew that my daughter had cavities and I wanted a full assessment and a thorough examination to determine the treatment plan for her teeth, instead I paid for another thing and still left confused and need to make another appointment with a specialized pediatric dentist to do a whole new examination and x-ray that this office was not prepared for. Totally disappointed.

I found Riccobene Dentistry through their deal on Groupon. I recently moved to a new part of town and was looking for a closer dentist, so I thought I would go ahead and give them a shot through this deal. I hadnt been to a dentist in over a year and was a little worried about what might need to be done. I was also skeptical because in the past, dentists have tried to upsell me on things like whitenings and invisaline when all Im really concerned about is a healthy mouth. Riccobene turned out to be great. Everyone I came into contact with at my appointment was nice, conversational, and easy-going. I felt very comfortable throughout my whole cleaning and exam. I never felt like anyone wanted to offer me any extra services and I really liked both the hygienist and the dentist. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

The staff is very friendly and caring. The techs are professional and make sure that you feel comfortable. I love having Dr. Blessing as my dentist. Hes kind, explains what is going to happen. My former dentist rushed me through and seemed frustrated and annoyed that it took 6 shots to numb my tooth. They were about to send me home with nothing done. Dr. Blessing reassured me that he would see to it that my tooth would be numbed and that it would not be a problem for him. I know Im in good hands. Just had the fastest and most pain free extraction ever!! Thanks, Dr. Blessing

Out of this world experience. Came in with tooth pain from the night before not knowing what was going on. Renee my hygeneist was bubbly, and super friendly which made me feel comfortable with her. The dentist; Dr. Blessing, had to numb me partially but even he was awesome. Just a straight forward kind of dude & explained everything to my understanding. From the point of me walking in to me leaving my appointment everyone was friendly, smiling, and just awesome. Highly recommend this office. --ask for Renee if shes available!

I cannot say enough good things about Riccobene! The receptionists are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was really nervous and they put me at ease instantly. I had lots of cavities and sensitivity pain before going here. No more cavities and sensitivity pain is almost entirely gone. The doctors and hygienists are extremely knowledgeable, and I feel more in control of my dental care because theyve so patiently talked me through every procedure. I am extremely grateful to all of them and constanly recommend this practice

Moving to the state last year, I was in need of a dentist due to a necessary root canal and crown. After research on the internet, I selected Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry and have been completely satisfied. The office and staff have met my every need and answered each and every question. I am completely confident in Dr. Prettyman and her work has been outstanding. When there, I am treated like family. I would recommend Dr. Prettyman and Riccobene Associates without any hesitation.

We went for my daughters first dental appointment (I have a 4 and a 6 year old). They were both nervous and we didnt know what to expect. We didnt have to wait long and the hygenist, Keileigh, was amazing! She took the time to explain each tool and each step to my daughters! That calmed them right down and pretty soon, we were having a wonderful time! They got lots of goodies for being so good and I highly recommend these ladies!

This dental office is the best. After going to the wrong office on the same road, the ladies at 4400 falls of the nuese were exceptional! Even with me being a new patient and 35 minutes late with my 5 year old. Their attitudes were just through the roof and so positive. This is the place we will remain as long as they keep the same type of people working in their office. I for sure will recommend this office for any new patient.

I have visited the Falls Raleigh Riccobene location three times, and every time have received exceptional service. The dentists, hygienists, and receptionist are all very professional and knowledgeable, and they are willing to thoroughly answer any questions I have. They seem genuinely interested in my dental health. I have been searching for a regular dentist office in Raleigh, and I believe I have found it!

I recently had a dental cleaning at the Riccobene Associates Raleigh Falls location and I had a great experience! I was welcomed by the front desk girl with a smile, Renee my dental hygienist was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole appointment ! This was a great experience. It had been almost 5 years since my last dentist appointment. I went in having tooth pain on one of my molars, and after having a cleaning and x-rays done, they examined the x-ray results and explained to me what my problems were and what my next steps would be, giving me the choice without much pressure. They were very friendly and I highly recommend them.

I had an appointment today at 2pm they called my name at 2:05pm which is very impressive because sometimes you can be super early to your appointment and they will call your name 30 minutes later. Everyone was super nice from the time I called to made my appointment to the time I left. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I will definitely be coming back.
