When I first meet Dr. McRae over 15yrs ago I was really impressed with him, his staff and their services, I didnt have a regular family dentist at the time and some of the ones that I used before left me with more pain then I had to start with, so I had tendency to shy away from most dentist. I explain to Dr. Mcrae my pass expreince with dentist and I was quickly reassured the his practice was a pain free practice and to my surprise it was, Not only has he taking care of me, but also my whole family and ton of my friends too. He would not give me shot I was crying on pain because he waited an hour before he started on me the shot had worn off I told him I could feel everything and to give me a shot and he didnt. He just just kept drilling. I have had root canals done before so I know that if you hurt when the toools touch ur teeth you need more novicane. I couldnt believe his performance and attitude I am going to the board with this.Worst dentist ever and actually started yelling at me in front of his whole staff they even knew he was going crazy

I have been going to Keith L. McRae dentistry for five years and at first they are nice to you and welcoming. However, as the years passed the people in the office including McRae acted unprofessional and very rude. Ive had a bad experience with them many times and I would not recommend them. I have heard that they have lost a lot of clients, it’s not like it used to be. So definitely find a better dentist who appreciates you coming in to their office because they do a great job at what they do.

I went there because Im from out of town and came in after a emergency pain and it was about almost 5pm.He saw me and took care of my problem quickly,all I can say is if he were Augusta ,Ga he would be my regular dentist.
