I am terrified of dentists and was dreading going to the dentist, even though I knew I needed the appointment. Dr Klein was informative, knowledgeable, patient with my many questions, reassuring about my phobia, funny, encouraging, and easy to talk to. She walked me through the process we would be taking and how long it would take to get my teeth back to where they needed to be. And, when I asked for the bill at the end of the appointment, her assistant shared that my insurance covered the visit, xrays and consultation. I am not thrilled about the process we will be going through, but I am comfortable that Dr Klein will be easy to work with.
