I would never recommend this place to anyone. First of all, when I went for a 6 month dental check up and cleaning, the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth kept saying, "I will be right back." Not sure what she was doing but after the fifth time I was annoyed. Then she never flossed my teeth. Hello??? That is a major part of your cleaning. I am pretty sure it had to do with the fact that it was Friday around 2 and the staff just wanted out of there since it was a nice day. Secondly, the dentist told me I was a candidate for braces and had a bite issue. I had 2 dentists when I lived in NY and neither one ever said I needed braces. I know teeth move as you age but I feel like they were pushing them on me so I am going for a second opinion (as well as finding a more professional staff). Finally, I have some issues with my front teeth and Dr. Barb made a suggestion of putting crowns on and that would fix the problem. Since it was considered cosmetic, insurance wouldnt pay. When the receptionist Kim called to tell me this, she seemed delighted. She said, "Well your insurance denied your claim just like I knew they would." Her tone spoke volumes--rude and snotty. Never again!!

This was my first time to this facility and it had been awhile so I was a little nervous.. I was very early so I saw several patients come in and check out. They seemed very happy and familiar with the staff and their interaction was as if long time friends chatty and comfortable. it made me very comfortable. The waiting room was very modern and clean and decorated beautifully. There was a TV with a good cooking show I liked and nice choice of up to date magazines. As I was taken back for my appointment I notice the office was spotless and again everything was modern and decorated fantastic. My technician was pleasant, professional made me comfortable and she was knowledgeable. She explained everything she was doing and what I needed to do for my specific dental care. The doctor was also pleasant and explained what needed to be done during my next visit. I feel confident to trust them for my continuing dental care. it was a pleasant experience and Im going to recommend the office to my husband and friends..

New to the area, did a great deal of research before deciding on a dentist for myself and family. After reading many reviews decided to go with Aesthetic Family Dentistry of Bel Air. Without a doubt weve made a GREAT DECISION Dr. Linarducci, and staff have provided AMAZING service to my family and I. they EXEMPLIFY what dental care with a strong CUSTOMER SATISFACTION emphasis is all about. They will do everything for you, from navigating the time consuming and always tedious insurance puzzle, to set up and keep track of your appointments for you and your children, to bring you in to see the Doc in case of emergency and follow up with e mails and txt reminders when you need them. I have been afraid of dentists my entire life until i came to Aesthetic Family dentistry. I have seen both doctors and they both have amazing patience with clients like me.I feel absolutely safe in Dr. Barbs hands when she is taking care of my teeth. She explains everything to me before she does it like if a cavity must be filled or something else. Everyone is very professional. This may seem strange coming from someone who does not like going to the dentist but since I have been going there for awhile I have started looking forward to going.I love Aesthetic Family Dentistry and their team and highly recommend them. While cleaning services are good, the billing is rude, unreasonable and do not keep their promises. I had a service done, and the dentist promised me it was $200. I paid it upon the service. Months later, the billing came back to me with an EOB and ask for nearly $300 more from me. I pointed out several items on the EOB was "duplicate procedure" and that the dentists said it was going to be $200. The billing insists that I have to pay and otherwise itll go to collection. When I said Im not going to pay for that, they just said, bye-bye.

Debra Curry- We are working with Dr. Linarducci for our daughter in law who has several dental issues. We are also working with two other specialists. Dr. Linarducci is doing a great job getting our daughter in law just what she needs to resolve her many dental issues. Dr. Linarducci did a root canal on her and is doing crowns in between seeing specialists for braces and dental implants. The final product will be done by Dr. Linarducci so we are looking forward to a great outcome with his patience and expertise!

Dr. Barb and her assistant Katie made my first appointment with them a fantastic one. I avoid dental appointmets at all costs but I will not hesitate to go back for regular visits as a result of my experience. They are friendly and aware of the anxiety a dental visit can bring about. I highly recommend Dr Barb and Dr. Linarducci for anyone who is looking for a great dental experience and wonderful clinical outcomes. The office is clean and loaded with the latest technology. 5 Stars!!! Loved it.

My wife just had a root canal and she was terrified due to a very bad and painful experience at a previous dentist. She said the experience with Dr. Linaducci and his assistant was great; they were patient and gentle , and answered all her questions and concerns. She had minimal discomfort with the exception of the needles to numb the area. Two days after the procedure and there is virtually no discomfort. Very pleased with the doctor and staff.

Very simply I love this dental practice. I have been seeing Dr Linarducci and Dr Barb for about ten years, they are talented and kind and so is the support staff. I have never been a big fan of going to the dentist due to fear of pain. I have never experienced pain with either of these dentists. I was just in the other day for my six month cleaning, I do not mind going in for appointments at all. Great people. Sherry Martin

I have nothing but the utmost respect and high recommendations for Dr. Linarducci! He is a great dentist who has his patients concern on top of mind. Both Dr Linarducci and his staff are top notch ,understanding and always very helpful. I am currently going thru some major work with the Dr, and I am not as nervous about my visits since I know based on experience he knows my needs! If you need Dental Care, please see them!

I hadnt been to the dentist in 20+ years and for that reason I needed extensive dental work several root canals, caps, crowns, and fillings had many appointments and they were very accommodating even on the initial one with a bad toothache and a new patient my wife had been there and thought highly of his work so now Im a patient too! Thank you Dr. Linarducci and staff eating is now enjoyable again and pain free!!

The Dentist is great we have been taking our kids here since 2004. but before you manage to set up an appointment for your child you have to get past the receptionist which proves to be a task in itself. Expect an unpleasant experience as you are dealing with people who either A. dont like their job or B. Are miserable with life in general. Unfortunately, Its always been this way too in this office.
