Had a cleaning and then work done: root canals, crown placement. Was told I needed to see an endodontist first and then she would get started on fixing the rest of my teeth. Done, and done. Was given the estimated amount due for each item to be fixed. Because of my insurance, I was told, for each visit I would be responsible for about $200. I saved and went ahead with it. I was sick of the pain. The work went fine, but after everything, it turns out that they screwed up with billing. Apparently they werent keeping up with how much they were charging to my insurance and continued to work even after the allowance had run out. They call and ask how I plan to pay the extra $640. I say Im in college fulltime. I only make $250 every two weeks. I can pay $20 a month. They said thats not good enough. They never send me a bill. Wait three months and send my bill to collections. Now Im paying them $20 a month.

We previously had a fairly positive experience at Thompson Creek Dental...when we had insurance. My wife had a filling fall out. We dont have dental insurance, so she asked if they could bill us, or if we could make payments, or could they do any discounts. The answer was an emphatic NO to all that. They kept rudely pestering her, asking if she had the money to pay. They took her back to get started. They made her come back to the front and pay upfront BEFORE they would do any work. We have never had that happen to us before. Pay for a procedure before it was done? Unbelievable! Unprofessional, unkind, mean, rude, unethical...the worst medical professionals we have ever been to. Do not go to Thompson Creek Dental!

I travel an hour for dental services with Thompson Creek Dental. I have severe dental anxiety, and everyone in the practice takes the time to reassure and support me. Friendly, professional, supportive...i wouldnt go anywhere else. I always am made aware of my financial responsibility after insurance so there are no surprises. One time, I was generously not charged for the gas I need due to my severe anxiety. My extensive dental plan was thoroughly explained, and steps taken to spread the work over to the new year when I went over my insurance allowance. I highly recommend this dentist and office.

Went for a routine cleaning. They refused to clean my teeth and my husbands until we paid them close to 20k to have some of our teeth fixed first. Then our daughter is scheduled to have braces put on and they hang up on you when you correct them. Dont say PUSHY because then you are using foul language. All I wanted to do was get my daughter in on certain days so she wouldnt miss much school and their response seemed as her teeth are more important than education. BS!!! Im in the process of finding another orthodontist because this place is rude and so money hungry.

First I would like to say this office is beautiful! Who likes a dentist office? But I got to admit that they are very friendly, thorough and nice. I have terrible anxiety at dentists, but here I had no worries. I went for a cleaning, and Dr. Jafari was simply amazing. So gentle and quick. We went over a very affordable treatment plan for work I needed to be done. Im happy to say I have my dream teeth and its all and thanks to all her staff.

Me and my children have been coming to this location for a few years. I no longer live on the island but continue to drive over 30 miles to have your dental care here. My appointments are easy to schedule, Im taken back in a 5 minute window around my appointment.. even if Im late.. I receive great care and education. I never feel like theyre over booked or rushing. Its also a one stop shop for dental and orthodontic care.

What a beautiful office and a welcoming staff! They do a wonderful job cleaning and whitening my teeth every few months. I also enjoy the meaningful conversations you have with the dentists and the staff! in addition, the staff knowing my name and asking me how my swimming is going, adds to the pleasant experience. Good quality work and would definitely recommend. My brother also had a good experience with his braces.

my experience at Thompson Creek Dental was awesome. The doctor and staff treated me like gold. The doctor explained what i needed to have done. Due to me not having insurance the doctor gave me a percentage off and worked with me so I could have my work done. I have never been treated so well. I have found the practice for my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Jafari you are wonderful.

The staff was unprofessional and did not ask my name, but immediately asked if had insurance. That non professionalism showed thru with the dentist also. The tooth did not match even closely. I even offered too go too the place where they made the teeth. She declined. I was so unsatisfied with this dentist and office staff. Please dont waste your time going there... Steven Eskew

If you try to reschedule an appointment on the same day of your appointment, due to an emergency. They will not let you back in the office, and reject you. Even though Ive been a client for over 3 years. And every time I had an appointment, IV always waited at least a hour to be seen.

Ive gotten my braces from here and every time I go to get them checked the doctor and staff are very kind to me and I always feel comfortable there. Im getting my braces taken off soon and Ive had no problems during the whole process. I would highly recommend this place!!
