I wish I could speak highly of the Doctor but (since the front staff rejected me because I left my checkbook home) I wasnt able to be seen. First of all, I took off from work so that I could see the doctor. I had to call 4-5 times before someone even answered my call. I had a very bad cough and soar throat and probably needed an antibiotics since my officemate has the same troublesome cough. First I was demanded to pay an outstanding balance of a measly $25. Since I left my checkbook home I pretty much begged to be billed my $40 co-pay and promised to pay the outstanding balance (since I live pay check to pay check and would not be paid until) the next day. Although I am a working class citizen I was turned away because I could not cough up the co-pay immediately. This was a horrible experience, especially since I was already feeling under the weather. If you dont have your co-pay, dont bother with these people. No money - No compassion - No care

I have been a patient of Dr. Etocks practice for over 15 years. Linda Olivere & Dr. Estock are GREAT doctors. They both are kind, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. The reason for a 4 star and not a 5 star is that they have A LOT of patients. Almost every time I book an appointment I wait on hold and then have to call back. If I try to pay a bill by phone I have to leave a message and hope to get a call back. Even with the negative, I would highly recommend Dr. Estocks practice to anyone.

I cannot disagree more strongly with the 1-star review on this site. Dr. Estock is the best family physician Ive had since I was a small child. His staff works very hard/are always busy, and Im sure on some days (like Monday) are overwhelmed with calls and patients. But I have NEVER encountered anyone who was rude or unfriendly. IMO, one of the best practices in Delaware.

receptionists are rude and overworked, placing every incoming call on hold and disconnecting you at least once before helping you. the doctors are hardly if ever seen, leaving you in the care of nurses. additionally, they have started double-booking patients for every time slot!! can you not even pay for the doctors time anymore? worst client care i have ever seen.

Been a patient of Dr. Estock since I was a child. You would be hard pressed to find a more compassionate human being. He listens and treats accordingly. Linda Olivere is also an excellent listener and genuinely cares about your well being. Nurses and staff will jump through hoops to get you what you need in a timely manner.
