There were numerous customers in the store with only one employee. After waiting a significant amount of time the employee decides not to ask whos next. He takes it upon himself to begin helping someone who had just walked in. This is the second time I have been to this location where this same incident has happened. However I guarantee you this will be my last. I politely walked out and have no intentions to return. My time is valuable and the customer service at this location is less than mediocre.

Theres a hispanic guy with black glasses who shouldnt be working there. I confirmed my appointment to add prescribed lens on my frame and they said they can do it. I drove 30 mins and this guy tells me that i have to bring them next Saturday. He also said they might not be able to do it because they are versace eyeglasses. Any other place can add prescribed lenses on the frame because it has been done before in the same day with no issues

The doctors and staff are extremely good. Ive been to multiple eye doctors and have rarely gotten a really good prescription. These people did a wonderful job. Fair warning, they are run fairly thin staffed, so if you do not have an appointment, it might take a little time to get to you, however once they work with you in a dedicated manner once they see you. With an appointment, I had no issues whatsoever.

Staff was awesome, very friendly and knew what they were doing. They had no problem processing and accepting my insurance. Office is in tip top condition, nice and clean environment. Dr. Le was great! Had me in and out faster than a lot of other places. If youre looking to get a thorough eye exam without all the waiting this is definitely the place to go.

For the past 17 years I had used another optical down the street, and never received service as good as the one given by Dr. Le and the young lady at the front desk. I am so glad I went there for my contact fitting today and will definitely return for future visits. Very friendly, CLEAN office and most importantly they dont waste your time!.

I asked for a copy of my prescription and they refuse to give me my personal information on the basis that their report contains personal information of the company. They are violating federal law and the Mexican employees have no clue of what they are doing there. Im never going there, they are rude and ignorant.

I had a terrible experience here. I went in because of an eye infection and Dr Le rudely told me I had an astigmatism that has been undiagnosed and gave me special contacts. I could not see well with them and went to a different doctor to get a correct prescription. No refund of course either
