*FULL DISCLOSURE* I was Dr. Perrys 1st FULL TIME Dental Hygienist for many years, since 2009. My husband received a job offer in Austin, TX, which forced us to relocate and for me to give up my position with one of the greatest dentist and families ever! Many of the reviews you read on here are about his dental work, office staff and atmosphere he provides for his patients, BY HIS PATIENTS! I am here to write about the experience he provides for his TEAM. Because you can read the over >140 some Google Reviews about his practice to know you have made the right decision by choosing Dr. Perry as your dentist. I want to tell you what happens behind the scenes. Dr. Perry, his wife (Cara) and daughter (Brynn), bring HEART to the practice. They are generous, fun, and a genuinely caring family that put their practice, staff, and patients first. By doing so, the staff you are greeted with are a reflection and extension of them. We are all human and all have unique personalities, just like any group would, but there is something about working for (and being a patient of) Dr. Perrys team that makes you feel you are part of something special. They make you feel like FAMILY!!! Maybe its the combination of his love for his family, the Texas Rangers, TCU, and gardening. Maybe its his background of growing up in Christian schools, singing with the Texas Boys Choir, traveling the world as a child or simply pride in his work that makes him who he is, but whatever it is its rare! Moving to Austin, I was sad to leave a practice that set a very high bar for all other practices. A bar so high, I havent been able to plant roots in a practice here yet, even though the offers have been numerous. I miss working with The Perrys and his team, my dental family. So much so, I committed 6 months ago to working 3 more weeks with them this August while his new Full Time Hygienist is on vacation in Australia. So, I hope this helps anyone considering choosing Dr. Perry as their family dentist. Thank you for letting me give you a different perspective. (And NO, he is NOT paying me to say this.) Dr. Perry and his team are the best! When I first went to Dr. Perry, I hadnt been to the dentist in about two years because everytime I went something was always wrong with my teeth and I got tired of all the pain and procedures, so I just didnt go for a while. Then I knew I really should start going again for my health, so when our family friend reccommended her dentist, Dr. Perry, I was like okay, why not. I went in expecting the worst and my teeth were in pretty bad shape, but they worked out a plan to fix them that worked for me and fit my schedule, and after they did the first round of fixing things, I was shocked at how fast and painless it was! They really care about how youre doing and want you to be as comfortable as possible while they work on you. This made me much more willing to go back and have them fix the rest, and now instead of dreading and avoiding the dentist, I actually like going! Id just like to thank Dr. Perry and his team for being so understanding and caring and changing my view about the dentist!

For context, Ive been using Chad Perry Dentistry for almost 9 years. I cannot speak highly enough in regards to Dr. Perry and his team of professionals. First and foremost, Dr. Perry brings forth a passion and zeal for the profession of dentistry that never wanes. He and his staff invest time in furthering education through conferences and classes. Throughout the years Ive had routine cleanings, crowns, cavity repairs and discussed adult orthodontics. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. As one experienced with leadership, I think its important to highlight Chads leadership style. Chad treats his staff like family. This style of leadership has a positive impact on morale which translates to consistent, superb customer service. If you truly want the best when it comes to dentistry, accept no substitute.

Not the biggest fan of the idea of having dental work done, Dr Perry and staff make it a comfortable experience for someone like myself who gets a tad uneasy of the thought of needles. Family trusted and approved, extremely satisfied and more than willing to recommend. Extraordinarily clean facility, Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They take the time to connect and build a strong rapport with patients. I feel completely comfortable walking in and trusting Dr Perry with any of my dental procedures. FYI- Office Manager Buenta is one of the sweetest, most caring people out there. Well worth the visit just to chat with her, always leave my 8 am appt smiling with stellar white teeth. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

This office is the best! My family has been coming here for several years now and we are so thankful for Dr. Perry and his staff. Joanne is such a wonderful hygienist. She always has an upbeat personality and is great with the kids!. Before we started coming to Dr Perrys office we went to a well known chain dental office. At that place we often had billing issues and surprises. That has not been the case at Dr. Perrys office. Buenta is super and is always spot on with what the insurance will pay. She always takes the time to get the correct information to us. I would recommend Dr. Perry to anyone!

I had VERY extensive restorations done that lasted over a year. I had all my upper teeth replaced with crowns due to tetracycline as a child. I had the done previously as veneers in San Antonio about 15 years ago and they were needing to be replaced. Dr. Perry was amazingly patient and worked with me like no other dentist has (and Ive been to many over my life). Dr. Perry and his staff are the BEST in professionalism, empathy, kindness and friendliness!!! Im so grateful that I found them as they have been such a catalyst in changing my life with a brand new smile!!! Dr. Perry you are my HERO!!!!!

His quality of care for my teeth and gums is CONSISTENTLY way ABOVE PAR. The staff is CARING, FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL. Dr. Chad Perry and his staff are all very professional and friendly. Right away when you enter their office they make you feel comfortable and at ease. This helps make your whole dental experience a more enjoyable one and thats not an easy task in a dental office! But they do it. Dr. Perry helps patients by clearly explaining procedures and by involving the patient in decisions for treatments. He takes his time with each individual to assure needs are being met. What a wonderful place! Dr Chad and his staff are wonderful! They are always friendly and personable. They always take time to explain everything and answer every question. I always leave with a smile on my face....unless my cheeks are too numb, then Im not sure I could manage a smile without slobbering everywhere. We came here by the recommendation of a good friend. Now three of my wifes siblings and their families also come here. We love this place! ......also, they dont mind laughing at my corny jokes. :)
