Nope. Dont waste your money here. I will start by saying I am a very easy going person. I have worked in the medical field and completely understand that offices are sometimes limited by what corporations give their locations. But the entire experience here was the worst. I couldnt tell initially tell who was the doctor and who the technicians were because everyone was wearing the same awful, dirty looking lab coats. The technician (finally found out his roll) couldnt stop pointing out all of the flaws of the location- small, small, small. It really didnt bother me until he pointed it all out. I was seated in a room with a stained and broken dental chair and left to stare at the stained and broken ceiling tiles. Finally the doctor came in. She had a hair net, extremely crooked name tag, and face mask on. Never changed any of this- I dont find that very hygienic when working on multiple patients. She asked me if there were any issues and I explained some sensitivity I was having. She looked at my teeth and said she wasnt going to fix it because it was probably referred pain from somewhere else. Ok, I appreciate a doctor saving me money, but I know the pain I was having was a result of decreased enamel as I have the same issue with another tooth. Please dont tell patients you arent going to address certain concerns in that frank manner. I didnt see the doctors face until the end of the consultation, when she finally removed the face mask she had been wearing between rooms. I scheduled an appointment to return for fillings but canceled a few days later. I didnt feel comfortable with these people drilling my teeth. I transferred to another dentist down the road (MUCH better) but was never able to get this place to email my dental radiographs to the new office. The new office found what was causing other sensitivities in my teeth that Monarch missed and determined that I really didnt need some things that Monarch thought I should get. SOOOOO happy I decided not to return. Ive been to Monarch and Castle before, and this is by far the worst experience at a dentist.

Me and my husband had a horrible experience. They first set our appointment before they even open or before the mall open for that figure. Then fall to tell us they were located inside the mall after telling us they were next to Sears. (confusing information). Then we had to enter the facility threw the alley way because our appointment was set before the mall even open. Then they fail to mention this entrance before we arrived. We get there the dentist was rude and careless. She stated that she would not be able to do an extraction which I thought thats what a dentist do. She referred us to a specialist but, the staff fail to send the information to the Insurance Company. A two week process is taking over a month and now my husband tooth is back in pain and we had trouble getting a new prescription while he was in the office. Just a total mess and lack of everything i.e, skills communications professionalism. Wont recommend

Worst dentist we have ever been to. Small tiny cramped rooms, very nice staff overall, except for the dentist. She was absolutely rude and spoke to us in a demeaning tone the entire time. Questions seemed to just annoy her and she gave us 2 days work of medicine to last a week. Called 5 times over 3 days for a refill, never got a returned call! And never got a refill. Had to wait in pain until I could have the oral surgery I was thank god referred somewhere else to have. We will NEVER be visiting this place again. The way they treat patients is clearly for the money and ill take my money elsewhere and be treated good!

I had a great experience at Monarch Dental-NE Mall. Even though its very cozy, the staff members are very attentive. I do feel that the office could use some improvements spacewise. It is not the typical look for a Monarch Dental Office. There is no restroom for one, which I believe is essential for a medical office of any kind. While, the location is quote convenient, perhaps a more up to date space could be made available for staff to work in, thus providing a more favorable, workable environment for custimers, ultimately bringing more business.
