UNPROFESSIONAL. After questioning my occupation, the doctor proceeded to tell me I was "at risk of losing my teeth" and needed a series of procedures done. I get yearly exams. This particular "deep cleaning" session lasted less than 10 minutes, which is the shortest appointment Ive ever had considering the doctor had just informed me of apparent problems with my teeth and gums which were never mentioned to me by previous dentists. I shouldve known to leave the place when the dental assistant who sat me down offhandedly remarked about disliking her job out of the blue. This clinic submitted an incomplete claim to my insurance which caused the routine procedure to be rejected and thus charged to me. When questioned on the phone, the staff was dismissive, telling me the issue would be taken care of (resubmitted) in due time "when we receive the letter or whenever we get to it". They did not allow me to ask why I was charged for a "service [that] was not provided" by them (when the other 2 scalings/rootings show a date performed), only brushing it off as an unclarified mistake on their part without even referring to my medical record of the visit.

I came in for a teeth cleaning, and question one little bitty cavity on the left side of my mouth. By the time I left, they had redone the right side of my mouth and gave me high centered fillings. Ive come in three times for the same thing. To have the damn tooth fixed. I am now to the point to where I have to have a root canal on a tooth that never gave me problems before I came into this place. They will not make it right. Im absolutely livid with this place. I do not recommend it.

As soon as I came in with my family they were straightfoward and helpful. The wait wasnt long and we got the most important things out of the way and since they were busy and only had one doctor they let us go for a little so we didnt have to wait there. They were just very concerned and considerate of what else we couldve had going on. Friendly staff and all our necessities were delt with w care. Good work!

This in awesome dentist office. I was looking in about 2-3 other dentists and including the prices, the way the other ones treated me made me feel like just a walking check for them. But when I came to this office they offer me solutions and pretty good prices and affordables way to pay. And the doctors and staff are super professionals and very nice people. Absolutely recommend you come here!!

Everyone is very helpful and polite. The front desk assistant was very helpful. My daughter had to get her teeth cleaned and the doctor and staff were very gentle with her. I loved that they have a Tv with movies for the kids. It keeps them still so that the doctors can concentrate with kids moving. Now I will be coming here to get dental work as well. I def recommended coming here!

Went in very nervous and Dr. Vo is so very nice. He keeps you relaxed and wants to make sure you are comfortable throughout your whole procedure. They are also flexible with payments which helps a lot. The dental assistants are also very nice and help to make sure you are comfortable and have a great experience.

I went to the Keller office today for the first time. ..it was a wonderful experience! The office staff was so professional and friendly. Dr. Suh was so thorough and I know she gave me the BEST dental exam and cleaning I have ever had! So glad I found this place!

I brought my boyfriend here for an exam and a 2nd opinion on his wisdom tooth pain. We were there all of an hour and a half and had the xrays, a cleaning, and 2 of his wisdom teeth pulled. Amazing staff! I will be switching dentists now, myself.
