This OBGYN practice is worth more than 5 stars. The staff and doctors are always friendly, professional, and accommodating. This Stone Mountain location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. I have been visiting this Stone Mountain office for over 8 years. I was referred by my primary physician and I am forever grateful. I dont understand the negative reviews? Did you call at 4pm for a same day appointment? lol. This is a busy practice and they will try their best to accommodate all appointments / requests. The office is older and not modern looking, if thats what people are obsessing over (?). You will not regret coming here. I also love that they deliver babies / do procedures / etc. at Dekalb Medical. Dekalb Medical has an excellent Womens Center. This Stone Mountain practice has an: Excellent staff ✔ Excellent Obstetricians and Gynecologists ✔ Excellent customer service ✔

I absolutely love Dr. Genesis Bowen she is AMAZING!!! The whole staff is amazing as well! Everytime I go in the lady at the front desk knows my name and asks how im doing usually you have to tell the people at the front desk your name they have excellent customer service!! The nurse is great she talked to me the whole time I was getting my blood drawn and made me feel super comfortable. She gave my kids lollipops and me and my husband too!! :) my daughter lost a shoe to her barbie and the whole office was trying to help us find it! It was just so sweet they truly care I would recommend this doctors office to anyone!!!

Dr. Pamela Jo Brown was my gyn for a long time and I should have never stayed with her. She was very cold and withdrawn. She performed my hysterectomy and it left a very bad scar. I wanted to change doctors, I was not comfortable with her as the surgeon but I did not wish to start over with someone else. I thought she just didnt like me but now I read others who felt the same way. Its been over 4 years since I last saw her, perhaps she has changed for the better since then.

Back in September I went in and said I needed a routine pap, so when they were taking my blood I asked what it was for and she said to check my iron levels and since I never gave authorization for it I assumed it was part of it. Well after all was said and done I somehow ended up with $600 of out of pocket charges since my insurance only covered the pap.

This is the most unorganized pathetic doctors office Ive EVER been too! They reschedule my appointment three times and the nurses take it upon their selves to give you misleading information. I will never return here and I recommend you go yo a more professional doctors office because you will only waste your time going here!

Dr. Pamela Jo Brown is insensitive. She called me to tell me my results. She was rushing to get off the phone like she didnt care to explain anything. I was highly disappointed and angry. Its like she didnt care. I would never recommend anyone to see her.
