I went there after I met with the chiro team in their booth on the streets... "Dr. Ericka" made me feel like a product rather than an important human being who was interested & curious about his health & back issues. Very unprofessional for my first time. I think its needless to say but I suspected me being Hispanic with no insurance was one of her first concerns! She told me that the purpose of the table booth was to get people inside the place & enrolled for treatment, I get that! She mentioned she was filling in for a pregnancy leave... Adviced me to not go with the process & not waste no ones time if i wasnt going to enroll in treatment & she would give me a number to call to get my little 20$ back... Unprofessional ridicules unreal. With a smile she said she would be upset if I didnt enroll after the x rays & all that little work they do. I wouldnt recommend "Dr. Ericka" to anyone, how can we avoid that!!?? I went to go see someone on oak park Ave South of cermak for a one time session and he was understanding professional and informative, looking out for me as a client.

It’s difficult to find any medical practitioners nowadays that genuinely care for their patients health and development, but this place does. Dr. Kumar and her staff are very friendly, great to be around and you get more than what you pay for. I encourage anyone to come check it out for themselves. You won’t be disappointed.

I went in with my back and leg pain not been as severe. I had 12 visits without any good results instead at the end I had more pain and symptoms in my legs. When I ask the the doctor why they didnt know what to tell me. I will not referred anybody to Chiro One. I went somewhere else and I felt better within the first visit.

I hardly do reviews, but my experience at Chiro One has been phenomenal. I have neck and shoulder issues from weightlifting and sitting at a desk all day and Dr Kumar has done a great job at helping the symptoms go away! Highly recommend this practice and encourage anyone with issues to see her she is great!

Chiro One is more than a chiropractor - I consider it a wellness center. The doctor really focuses on adjustments, strength and flexibility, which have made all the difference in alleviating my back pain. Ive seen an array of chiropractors and this doctor is by far my favorite.
