This Dental office has very rude secretarial staff, who always seem to be in a rush and dont feel like being bothered! I have excellent dental insurance (not Gov. assisted), 6 months later after getting all of my back teeth fillings, I am having horrible facial & teeth pain, 3 out of 8 fillings the actual tooth has cracked & the entire 4 top right fillings have came out! Not to mention, every dental session; I had different color fillings (white/dark silver) and a different dentist each time! I would not recommed this clinic for anyone who genuinely needs dental help!!! Maybe they are good for children & teeth cleaning only! But I would never go back or take my children there & I am currently with a different dentist, trying to fix what Pontiac dental center did to my mouth & teeth! (honest to God, i feel horrible & I am reminded of their dental work every morning that I wake up. I hate to even smile or take selfies anymore, due to the aftermath of their rushed, reckless & careless dental work!!) Sorry for the bad review, but I am being 100% honest!

Tough to review, a lot of individual comforts/preferences for most, regarding dentists. Front desk staff & hygienists hit or miss nice/friendly and impatient/rude. Ive only had older male dentist. Easy to talk to, seems laid back, but not very understanding/patient with my anxiety. PROS: Great with administering shots (cant emphasize enough), genuinely cares that hes not doing anything that hurts. MY CONS: He did some extensive work- so I didnt expect perfection, but not happy with the actual feel of the work, rough surfaces, sharp edges, very hard to floss now. New pain at site where work was done, new sensitivity. I wasnt able to breathe when they did work in that area of my mouth and they got frustrated with me when I began to choke, forcing him to have to stop for a minute.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has no care over their patients, they will lie to you, very untrustworthy. If you have a complaint dont bother because the owner and supervisors do not care how your treated. Expect to be talked to rudely and laughed at. I have never been so disrespected by people working front desk anywhere in my entire life! If you want a dentist office you can trust to do work on you do not come here.

After having some very bad dental experiences in the past I was quite terrified at the thought of having my teeth pulled, but the staff here was great and really put me at ease about the entire procedure. Dr. Buscemi had the teeth out within seconds and zero pain! Thank you Dr. Buscemi!!!

The staff is great except for the older blond lady that tried to accuse me of lieing and seem to be a bit of an ass or maybe just an unhappy peperson. After i got new fillings i still cant chew on that side and their not doing much about it.

I was a loyal patient for over 2 years. past weekend I had a really bad toothache and I called Monday morning to ask for emergency visit and they refused to do it. Really it is terrible and unproffesional to do that to anyone in pain.
