Dr. Gates was a wonderful dentist but the one there now is a young girl looking to find work for herself. My husband & I are both unhappy with our last checkup where we were told we needed several thousand dollars of work done when we were both fine a few months before when we saw Dr. Gates. I was told I needed to have my teeth refilled, why they werent bothering me & the fillings were intact. I think its an insurance scam for sure. I gave her a second chance & made an appt. for 2 fillings thinking I had a couple new cavities & when I left I was told I owed $238.00 after insurance payment. I asked why it was so high & if I could pay half & send in the rest, I was told you have to pay upfront for it so I had to put it on a credit card which I dont like to do. I was told I had 7 fillings done which the Dr. didnt discuss with me & after about 10 injections to numb me. My whole face was numb for about 6 hrs after leaving & still sore the next day. We will not be going back! Very unhappy with her service & lack of knowledge to explain to the patient what she is going to do.

Great office and staff. The new hygeniest is wonderful and so gentle. Both of our children did great and have no fear to come and get their teeth cleaned. They think it is fun and enjoy the time they are there. Dr. Gates is great and really acts like she is family.

Love this office. Ive been going here for several years. Dr. Gates is a wonderful dentist. The hygienist is VERY gentle and explained things great! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this office for the most superb care.
