I have fallen in love with this clinic. The Doctor was patient, even when I pushed his nerves to the brink with my FEAR. I needed a tooth extraction, however my FEAR was high and my tolerance for pain is beyond low. Just the thought of having the doctor stick a needle in my mouth and pull a tooth out of my jaw had me in tears. The staff reassured me that the procedure would be painless but I could have sedation if I wanted. Well, let me tell you I PAID for the sedation without hesitation and I TRULY FELT NO PAIN. I have had sedation before and still experienced pain, but not HERE. I FELT NOTHING. I am not only recommending their clinic to others, but I am going back to finish dental work that should have been done years ago. The clinic is clean, friendly, and AFFORDABLE. I must tell you that this clinic was not my first choice, I had gone to another large dental clinic the day before to treat this tooth and the doctor couldnt handle my anxiousness (LOUD CRYING ok SCREAMING in FEAR) and the cost was twice as much. They suggested sedation and told me I had to wait a couple of days, however later that night a little angel named Aisha called from Comfort Dental (I had called their after hours number earlier but didnt leave a message) just to check on me. I shared my experience from earlier that day with the other clinic and she convenience me to come in to Comfort Dental to see if they could help. I am so very thankful to her, the doctor, and the entire staff for helping me. I no longer dread going to the dentist, as a matter of fact, I am excited because I am looking forward to creating a HEALTHY smile. Again, thank you everyone at Comfort Dentist.

I found Comfort Dental through my insurance providers website. My review involves two visits. The first visit was my first time there as a new patient. After filling out my paperwork I was seen right away and taken care of by the hygienist. She was very thorough but almost to a fault. Once she was done I needed to be seen by Dr. John. I waited for almost twenty minutes just for him to tell me I needed a filling and a crown that lasted about 5 minutes. I understood that he probably had a busy day but being a new customer I assumed hed take a little more time to get to know me as a new patient. I just got the impression he was a little cold and that didnt sit right with me. I was there for an hour an a half just for a basic cleaning that shouldve only been an hour. The second visit was better than the first, even considering what I had to get done. It was the first appointment to get a temporary crown and my filling. I waited for about ten minutes before I was taken back but the entire process took less time than they told me which was great. Dr. John was very attentive to how I was feeling throughout the entire process and he even fixed another filling I had at no extra cost for me. He made sure I was comfortable and kept me updated on time. A lot more personable than the first time I came in. Overall, the office staff was great and very helpful and Im glad I chose Comfort Dental.

Switching my family to Comfort Dental was a great choice. In the last year Ive gone for regular check ups as well as to have two fillings. Comfort Dental is up to date with the ways in which we all communicate, too. I not only get email reminders but also a quick text message a few days prior to my appointment to confirm the time and date. Very helpful! They even wished me a happy birthday last month! The staff is very friendly from top to bottom. My fillings were over before I knew it and not at all unpleasant like they have been with other dentist offices. The array of services they offer are incredible, too. My husband went through a bleaching treatment and he couldnt be happier with the results. Each hygienist that Ive seen has been very efficient and timely and the dentists are fantastic. I highly recommend anyone considering Comfort Dental both for their expertise and the professional and friendly staff and environment!

from 5 stars to 3 all because of the new office manager!!!!! and the vibe i got when my insurance ran out ... instead of being told my service would be out of pocket (because they assumed my insurance was exhausted and that i could not pay for service) they wrote it on my chart (not knowing i seen it) and took me to back and the doctor was set on just putting a very basic filling in my mouth despite me requesting something that would be appealing (costly i guess) he did just enough to get by. i am very displeased with the way it looks, mind you i allowed my insurance to pay this office to replace all my silver fillings with white ones this year. they had me all set up to use all my insurance money this year and then some, and i was willing to allow it but it seems as though their prices are awfully high if my benefits are gone already...Be Careful if you chose to use this office

I went to Comfort Dental for a dental problem with an old crown falling out. Dr. Dan Fragnoli could not repair it but gave me options as to what could be done with that and other problems I was having. He was nonjudgemental, kind and he explained things in a way I understood. The dental hygentist Michelle was very knowledgable and treated me with respect. I would have to say it seemed like everyone who worked there liked their job as they were all friendly and helpful especially Jenice and Sherri who went above and beyond to help me with billing and getting my teeth set so I would be able to eat more than soft foods. I would recommend this dental office if you are looking for a new dental team. They are also very flexable on appointments if you have a problem and need to get in.

This is truly an outstanding experience for someone who hates going to the dentist. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the staff go out of their way to make you feel very comfortable. The hygienist explains everything before performing any actions and puts you at ease because of the gentleness of care provided. But the real prize was a dentist who was extremely knowledgeable in many areas, very patient and took the time to explain various options along with the pros and cons of each and genuinely interested in your issues and concerns. I visited this location to assist a client who needed special services, but after seeing the attention and care they provide, I ended up a patient and will happily drive 30 miles to get this kind of service.

Dont believe all the 5 star reviews! They bribe people with free tubes of expensive toothpaste for good reviews and likes on facebook!!!!! They have the sign posted in the bathroom! Here is the REAL deal!!! I have excellent insurance and my procedure was covered at 100%. He barely wanted to even do the consultation. However, when he found out I had good insurance its like he "forced" himself to be more pleasant. AND he doesnt even wear a face mask while he is alllll in your mouth. Talk about unsanitary. I swear some of his spittle got in my mouth while he was talking. It was really gross. And southfield traffic is horrible. I went through all of this just to have to look elsewhere. Dont waste your time here.
