Dr. Smiley is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to. He and his staff are so helpful and friendly. I went to dr. Smiley originally for a painful tooth. He quickly addressed the issue and made it as painless as possible while answering any question I had. Shortly after I had a broken tooth that I needed a root canal on. Every visit throughout the process was a joy. ( which is hard to say about going to a dentist). I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

The manager "Grant" is terrible. Charged a copay that my insurance doesnt even have. When I asked for a refund he told me I could put it on the account (not planning on using them so that wont work). Months later still no money back. When I asked for his manager he said he wont provide that information. When I asked for his last name he told me "Im not giving that to you". Terrible experience!

I love it here! Doctor Smiley is the best dentist I have ever had. The staff along side with Dr.Smiley is always great and they always make you feel comfortable! I recommend Great expressions in Waterford.

When leaving, Tim Smiley said to call if we had any questions but when we called he would not answer our question. If we are going to spend $1,500 I would at least like my questions answered.
